General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will team up to expose Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). This takedown alliance may bring a threat to Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) romance, so let’s discuss the hot drama ahead.
GH fans know Trina’s already suspicious of Esme, but she doesn’t have proof against her – not yet anyway! Trina will hope to change that, but it won’t be an easy task.
During the week of September 20-24, Trina will somehow manage to score confirmation on her theory.
Trina believes Esme must’ve planted the hospital badge and burned Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) car, so Trina might eavesdrop on Esme’s looming conversation with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez).
Trina could easily hear what she considers an admission of guilt. Although Trina may not know the extent of Spencer’s involvement at that point, she’ll know for a fact that Esme put on quite the horror show with the badge and torched car.
Since Trina is so close to Ava, she’ll feel obligated to look out for her boss, mentor and friend. Trina will want to bring Esme down and make it so Ava can ultimately reunite with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
You’d think Trina would ask Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) for help since neither one of them trusts Esme, but it’s Cameron who Trina will turn to. Perhaps that’s because Esme will target Josslyn and try to get closer to her.
Cameron is an ally who’ll be able to fly under the radar a bit more – setting the stage for Esme’s ultimate downfall.
Naturally, we have to acknowledge the possibility of a second-chance romance. Trina once put Cameron firmly in the friend zone, but how can we know for sure that wasn’t an act?
Maybe Trina just pretended she wasn’t interested to convince Cam and Joss she’d be fine if they got together.
It seems like Trina and Cameron would be worth exploring, especially since Josslyn will be spending a lot of time with Spencer in the coming weeks.
Although Josslyn will unleash her fury over Spencer pretending to be “Victor,” there’s the potential for some complicated feelings all around.
Bottom line, new spoilers pair Cam and Trina in scenes together while Joss is off in Esme and Spencer’s territory.
It’s easy to see how Trina and Cameron might get too close for comfort while they’re trying to destroy Esme – and Josslyn could grow closer to Spencer despite her “Victor” anger.
