In tonight’s Welcome To Plathville episode, Barry is golfing outside with the boys. He wants to take them to the range. The girls come out to play. Barry shows them a few tips. Micah shows up. He wants things to be normal. He is glad he can still see his siblings.
Olivia heads to therapy. She discusses Ethan and moving as well as compromising in their relationship. Ethan thinks she has changed too much. She wants to be herself and be accepted. She doesn’t want to be like her mom. She imagines if she goes home to tell him all of this it wouldn’t help. Her therapist thinks she is in an unhealthy relationship.
Barry, Issac, and Micah all golf together at the range. Isaac is happy to be with his brother. They bond and laugh. Micah is also happy to be there. He just wants to get along with everyone.
Mariah and Max head to a cafe to sit and talk. They play a game asking each other questions. They talk about homeschooling children.
Mariah feels like she missed out on so much being homeschooled. She wants her kids to experience much more. She reveals she would like to adopt and have kids. Four is her limit. Max thinks two is too small. Four he thinks is perfect. They continue to talk and the subject of clothes comes up.
Max tells her she needs to cover up more. She tells him she doesn’t care. She works hard for her body and she will look pretty. She explains further. He apologizes after he realizes it is his insecurity.
Isaac heads to pilot classes. His parents now see this is really a serious interest for him so they will do all they can to support him.
Helena and Micah head to play tennis. He is terrible. She laughs. They have fun. After a bit, he is done. They sit and eat after in the grass. Micah shares how Max is going to buy Mariah a promise ring. They talk about Olivia and Ethan. They might divorce. They are having a lot of trouble.
Olivia and Ethan meet to talk. After he says hello she has so many emotions. Ethan can tell something is really wrong. Olivia needs time. She sits in a nearby rose garden with one of the show’s producers and talks. Later, they discuss their relationship. He feels like he has compromised and she doesn’t see it. She thinks she cannot make him and herself happy at the same time. She plans to move in with a friend so they can both grow.
