General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will try to use Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) HIPAA violation to her advantage, but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will be furious over BLQ’s Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda) leverage.
GH fans know Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) opened up to Brook Lynn about Austin seeking him out to share his Leo concerns.
Brook Lynn complained about Leo not even being Austin’s patient and felt like this was a blatant attempt to distract Ned. She was frustrated over Ned giving Austin the benefit of the doubt.
However, Ned has seen the warning signs that Leo might need some help communicating.
That was never more evident than in Ned’s latest conversation with Leo, who was fixated on his toy and nonverbal through most of the one-sided chat.
Ned can tell Austin knows what he’s talking about – though Ned pointed out to Brook Lynn that Austin merely recommended a specialist instead of making a firm autism diagnosis.
Even so, Brook Lynn will see the potential for a HIPAA violation in here somewhere. She’ll hope she can hold it over Austin’s head, but Olivia will have other plans once she eavesdrops.
Brook Lynn was livid over Austin using Leo as part of his manipulative plan, even though that’s not what he was really doing.
Now Brook Lynn will essentially be doing the same thing. Olivia will rip into Brook Lynn for her hypocritical behavior and will want Leo kept out of the war that’s going on.
As for Leo’s need for a specialist, Olivia should slowly warm up to the idea and agree to give the boy the best chance at success.
Austin should avoid the HIPAA backlash Brook Lynn has in mind, but she’ll still have a few tricks up her sleeve!
