General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will land in the ICU as medical crisis terror strikes. Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) papa will fight to survive, so let’s discuss Valentin’s issues and where the show’s headed with this storyline.
According to a previously leaked script, Valentin will need an exploratory surgery that’s too delicate for the U.S. Consulate’s medical facility to provide.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will get a doctor’s recommendation that Valentin have the procedure done back in the states.
Of course, we know Valentin is currently Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) hostage in Greece. Despite his push for an alliance, Victor will deliver some sinister orders just before Anna rushes to help Valentin.
Anna will save Valentin from captivity, but could Valentin get wounded in the process?
The treatment that follows might lead to a doctor realizing there’s a deeper concern and recommending this exploratory surgery elsewhere.
Regardless, Valentin will become a patient at GH, where his health will apparently continue to decline. If Valentin’s going to land in the intensive care unit, things will obviously be pretty dire!
During the week of October 25-29, General Hospital spoilers say Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will watch over Valentin in the ICU.
Liz will be part of the medical team that cares for Valentin, so she’s sure to step up and do a great job.
The situation should be particularly heartbreaking for Charlotte since her mom’s already stuck in a coma.
Losing Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) was bad enough, so Charlotte certainly won’t want to lose Valentin, too.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may support Charlotte in her time of need, but we should also consider how this might affect a looming big reveal.
GH fans know “Bailey Quartermaine” is actually Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom), but the news may be put on hold even further if Valentin isn’t awake or is too ill to receive it.
Regardless, Anna will be worried sick over Valentin’s condition.
This could help Anna realize how deep her feelings for Valentin run – and it might lead to her surrendering to them once Valentin’s on the mend.
This medical crisis drama could be what pushes Anna to become a real couple with Valentin down the road!
