General Hospital Spoilers: Week of October 18 Update – Jason Leaves Carly Alone – Olivia’s Divorce Decision – Sam Grills Victor

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of October 18-22 teases that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will leave Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) alone while he helps Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) – and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will mull over a divorce decision. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will also grill Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), so here’s what fans can expect.

At The Savoy, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will pull Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) closer by being open and honest with her. Too bad Portia will still be keeping Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) true paternity under wraps!

However, there’ll be a more pressing matter to worry about when a mystery guy shows up and starts sniffing around. This strange man will spy on Portia and Curtis, so fans will be curious to see what he’s up to.

As for Sonny, he’ll keep trying to come to grips with what happened while he was gone.

Jason and Carly confessed that their marriage took a real turn toward the end. Sonny also knows they almost slept together, which he admitted didn’t feel great.

Jason will announce that he’s leaving Port Charles to help Britt in Greece, but Carly may think some distance and time apart will work out well.

It’s probably best for Jason to leave Carly alone right now. That way Sonny can calm down and enjoy Carly’s undivided attention as they rebuild their bond.

As Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) arraignment looms, Sonny will speak with him and perhaps decide if he’s going to take pity.

Spencer could at least use a proper attorney, so we’ll see if Sonny comes through or lets Spencer sink or swim on his own.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Olivia and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will spar over what’s best for Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda). Olivia won’t see why they should take Leo to a specialist when the kid’s happy and doing well.

Olivia will act like Ned just wants to throw money at the situation and could make Leo think there’s something wrong with him in the process.

Of course, Ned will see things Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) way and argue that they just need to help Leo communicate. This doesn’t have to be something scary for Leo and could change his life for the better.

Since Olivia won’t feel like Ned’s even listening, she’ll start to see just how many things they don’t agree on. Olivia will have to wonder if the two of them should even be married at this point, so divorce will certainly be an option in her mind.

In Greece, Victor will sentence Peter August (Wes Ramsey) to death, but Peter will survive the encounter and continue to wreak havoc.

After Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) grill apprehended Victor, he’ll spill all about Peter’s brainwashing and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) activation.

Sam will see a positive sign when she spots Scout Cain’s (Ella Ramacier) name carved into the wall. She’ll know Drew’s been fighting to get home to his little girl and will hope Peter’s conditioning can be conquered.

Meanwhile, Drew will work beating that conditioning with Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) expertise on his side. Unfortunately, there’ll be another shootout – this time on Victor’s compound.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will rush to Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart), so he could wind up wounded.

Britt and Jason will work to find Liesl as soon as their own plane lands, so several stories will be moving in the right direction.

General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Britt will grow closer during their trip, so a romantic reunion isn’t off the table!
