General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, October 19, tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will struggle to survive underwater and will ultimately leave Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) fearing Scout Cain’s (Ella Ramacieri) dad is dead – for real this time! Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will also help a wounded Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so let’s talk about what’s next on Tuesday’s GH episode.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) just launched a shootout that ended with both Valentin and Drew taking bullets. Valentin fell in front of Anna, so she’ll rush to his rescue and will make sure he gets the medical attention he needs.
Viewers will see Valentin land at the U.S. Consulate medical facility initially, but he’ll need a surgery that’s too delicate for them to handle.
The doctor will recommend sending Valentin back to the states for treatment, so he’ll be headed for Port Charles once he’s stable enough.
Unfortunately, wounded Drew fell off the bridge and took quite a fall into the water below.
Now bloody Drew is unconscious and in double the trouble since there’s the added risk of drowning!
Of course, we know Drew will survive one way or another, but it’s worth noting that Drew isn’t in spoilers for a while after this.
Drew might disappear for a bit and turn up back in Port Charles later, but we’ll just have to see how it all plays out.
In the meantime, Sam will get updates on Drew’s conditioning from Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
Victor will tell both Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) activation of Drew, but Sam will have hope due to Scout’s name being etched on the wall.
That’ll leave Sam thinking maybe Drew isn’t too far gone despite the second conditioning layer that was installed.
Unfortunately, Dante and Sam will get some terrible news soon after. They’ll eventually find out about the shootout that sent Drew hurling into the water, so Sam will worry Scout’s father might not make it.
As for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), they’ll make another unsettling discovery of their own.
Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) computer was being tracked, so Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) traced the source of the hacking and spyware to Crete, Greece.
That let Britt and Jason know they were looking at a Cassadine problem – and Britt has a hunch this goes back to Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) former flame, Victor.
Britt may eventually get a call from Anna and hear about Peter gaining the upper hand at the compound, which could certainly leave her fearing the worst.
Back in PC, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will celebrate their reunion at The Savoy.
Nikolas will still be upset over how things have turned out with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), but Ava will try to lift her husband’s spirits over drinks and good conversation.
Finally, the mystery man will continue watching Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Could that man be Curtis’ father? Curtis was just a little boy when his dad didn’t come home one day.
Curtis was told his father died of a heart attack, but maybe that was a lie to cover up the fact that he was abandoned.
Whatever the case, this mysterious stranger will continue to lurk while Curtis and Portia chat.
General Hospital spoilers say Curtis will face some buried bombshells sooner or later, so stay tuned.
