General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, October 25 Update – Ava Pushes Jailed Nina to Sway Sonny – Anna Confesses to Valentin

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, October 25, teases that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will push locked-up Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to sway Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) – and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will confess to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

In Greece, Valentin will remain at the U.S. Consulate medical facility until he can be flown back to Port Charles for a tricky surgery.

For now, Anna will be glad for this chance to confess something. Part of Anna may be tempted to come clean about her deep feelings for Valentin.

There certainly seems to be some love in Anna’s heart, but GH spoilers say she’ll end up delivering a sincere apology.

It sounds like Anna will be sorry for letting Valentin get shot, but he won’t hold her responsible. If anything, Valentin will blame himself since he feels partly at fault for Peter August (Wes Ramsey) running amok.

Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have to think fast. It appears someone will try a sneak attack and get struck down as a result.

Britt will be keen on keeping this person alive and extracting as much information as possible. They have to explore all possible leads when it comes to tracking down Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Back in Port Charles, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will have to put out some of Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) typical fires. There’ll be some suggestion Gladys eventually makes, so Sasha will claim it’s not a bad idea.

Of course, Sasha will mostly be trying to steer Gladys in a less problematic direction, but she’ll still end up provoking Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Until then, Brook Lynn will talk to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about some important topics.

Maxie and Brook Lynn will share some of the same concerns – perhaps about the possibility of Peter making his PC comeback sooner rather than later.

Brook Lynn and Maxie’s priority will remain keeping “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) safe, but that’s just another reason to keep the peace with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth).

Austin has already shown some warning signs when it comes to potentially remembering what happened in the forest.

Maxie may urge Brook Lynn to play nice now that she got what she wanted. Austin signed away any claim he might’ve had to ELQ shares, so there’s no reason to antagonize him.

As for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he’ll get Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) to make an admission.

Jax used Michael and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) secret as leverage during Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) crisis, so Michael will be pleased when Jax finally admits it was blackmail.

Michael will also have a suggestion when it comes to how Jax can undo the damage, but Jax may not approve.

Will Michael want Jax to fire Nina on top of everything else? If Jax finds out Nina’s been arrested, he might think that’s more than enough punishment.

Jax knows Nina and Sonny fell hard for each other in Nixon Falls, so he’ll also know how much is at stake. He may feel like pushing Nina too hard could result in that secret being exposed.

Ava will certainly think Nina should use that secret to her advantage now that she’s in legal hot water.

Of course, Nina wants to make things right when it comes to the people she cares about – and that includes Sonny.

Nina promised she wouldn’t tell Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) the truth, so she may not want to play that card with Sonny.

It wouldn’t be smart to blackmail Sonny since it’d rile him up – and he’d probably just tell Carly the truth anyway.

However, Ava may think Nina should try another angle and use Sonny’s old feelings to get off the hook. Maybe Ava will want Nina to tug at Sonny’s heartstrings and score his help.

It turns out Sonny may try to help Nina anyway since he’ll feel like this is awfully extreme.

GH writers are really stretching the limits of fiction here since Nina didn’t steal Sonny’s identity. Nina simply didn’t tell an amnesiac man his name, so it seems silly to throw her in jail for that.

Carly will feel like justice is being served since keeping Sonny from his family was a crime in her eyes.

Even so, Sonny’s heart will go out to Nina. He may feel like he has to do something if Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) doesn’t come through for his client.

Scott will surprise Nina when he acts like it’ll be a good thing when they haul her away. He might have lawsuit plans or some other way to swing this in Nina’s favor.

Naturally, Nina would be satisfied with scoring her freedom – and Scott should be able to pull that off for her since this identity fraud thing is so outrageous.

General Hospital spoilers say some shockers are still to come for Nina and Sonny, so don’t miss what’s ahead.
