General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, November 29, tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will reveal Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) death to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) seeks answers from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also get a surprise reunion, so plenty of Port Charles drama is ahead.
First, we should mention that GH will air a repeat on Thursday, November 25. There also won’t be a new episode on Friday, November 26, but General Hospital will pick up right where they left off on Monday, November 29.
Now that we’ve got all the schedule details out of the way, let’s dive in and discuss what’s coming up.
After Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) fills TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) in on his father-son connection to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Curtis won’t be happy about it.
Curtis will drag Marshall away so they can clash privately, but TJ will worry that Curtis might need backup.
However, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may feel like it’s best to leave this between Curtis and Marshall for now.
It’s a tricky situation that Curtis perhaps needs to work through on his own – and that’s part of why he’ll be so upset about Marshall reaching out to TJ on the job.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will lash out at Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and provoke Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in the process.
Although Ned certainly isn’t letting Brook Lynn off the hook, he’s also found a way to twist this into blaming Chase.
Ned acted like maybe Chase didn’t dig into this because he didn’t want to take responsibility for a daughter, but GH fans know that’s not true.
Chase is just trying to do a good deed and help “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) stay safe, but he’ll start to worry that coming to the Q manse for Thanksgiving was a bad idea!
Brook Lynn will defend Chase once again, though she’ll be careful not to reveal too much. Later, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will show up and spot what’ll probably be a cozy family scene in front of him.
Valentin will suggest it’s out with the old and in with the new, so he might spot Chase holding “Bailey” and looking like a proud dad.
Once talk turns to business, Valentin will reveal that he’s filed legal papers and nullified his ELQ share agreement with Brook Lynn.
It’ll be step one of payback, but Brook Lynn will argue that Valentin can’t do that. Of course, Valentin can – and he did!
That was the job Valentin hired someone to do in the aftermath of the paternity revelation, so Brook Lynn will just have to deal with the fallout.
At the hospital, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will have Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) in his arms as they approach Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Liz will grow curious about Violet’s special wish, so it might be an awkward one about meeting her other grandpa.
Any mention of Liz’s father makes her uncomfortable, so Finn might end up apologizing for Violet being stuck on this topic.
Then again, Finn mentioned that Violet had been asking for a baby sister and told Chase that a baby cousin was the next best thing.
Although Finn promised to keep the “Bailey” news under wraps, he could confide in Liz if Violet brings up the baby sister idea again.
Finn might privately bring Liz up to speed on the daddy developments Chase is dealing with, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
At Sam’s place, she’ll reel now that Drew just arrived on her doorstep.
Drew will explain everything that went down on Cassadine Island, including Jason’s presumed death in the collapsed Cassadine tunnel.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will get updates as well, so he’ll reel over the shocker.
Sam and Dante will deal with some difficult emotions while Carly spots Britt at the hospital. “Everyone’s safe…right Britt?” Carly asks in the preview video.
Britt won’t know what to say, but Carly has to find out about Jason’s presumed demise sooner or later.
We should note that Carly and Britt have a confrontation coming up later in the week, so it’s possible there’ll be an interruption on Monday that saves Britt from explaining for now.
Regardless, Britt will continue to battle guilt while Carly seeks Jason info.
At home, Sonny will be delighted over a reunion. “Long time no see,” Sonny says with a huge smile on his face in the preview video.
Whether that reunion involves Drew or someone else Sonny hasn’t reconnected with yet, Sonny will definitely be a happy camper.
Unfortunately, Sonny will also have to deal with Jason’s tragedy in the coming episodes, so some sad days are looming for the Corinthos clan.
