Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) DiMera Enterprises takeover may rock Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) to the core. Will Jake’s brothers end up fired and furious?
DOOL fans know Jake wasn’t treated like he was worthy of the DiMera throne despite doing a good job for the company.
Since Jake mostly relied on instincts and dumb luck rather than corporate experience, EJ and Chad felt like they were more appropriate choices for the CEO spot.
Now Chad and EJ are serving as co-CEOs, but it’s clear EJ would love nothing more than to push Chad out.
EJ isn’t someone who likes to share power, so he’s trying to undermine Chad at work and make his brother look bad. It seems like EJ’s hoping to dethrone Chad sooner or later, but Chad isn’t worried.
However, Jake could come along as a surprise threat for both EJ and Chad. Days viewers will recall that Jake promised the impossible during his pitch to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus).
Victor was incredibly skeptical that Jake would actually be able to bring DiMera Enterprises to the table, but Jake feels quite confident.
Jake intends to use Chad and EJ’s feud to his advantage since a house divided can’t stand in his opinion.
EJ and Chad will be distracted through their own battle, so that’ll give Jake a shot at swooping in and stealing DiMera control before they know what hit them!
Victor wants a seat on the board of directors, so Days spoilers say that’ll be step one toward a DiMera and Titan merger.
The endgame is for Jake to run DiMera Enterprises while Gabi runs Titan, but there’s always a chance Victor could double-cross them somehow.
On the other hand, there’s no denying that Victor has a serious leadership problem right now and needs to put a non-Kiriakis in charge for the sake of public perception.
This is Jake’s opportunity to prove he’s just as ruthless as Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and show he’s most definitely Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) son.
Jake was livid after EJ and Chad made sure he was kicked out of the CEO chair, so maybe he can repay the favor and take things a step further with a takeover bomb.
Gabi would love some revenge as well since EJ stole control of the DiMera mansion, so she may take great pleasure in helping Jake get the last laugh. Whatever the case, Chad and EJ won’t like what Jake and Gabi have in store for them soon!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jake and Gabi will do everything they can to come out on top, so they may pull off a huge victory – even if it’s a temporary one.
