The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) heroic move is coming up, so he may save Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) when deadly danger strikes. There could be a deeper reason for all the martial arts stuff than just giving Deacon and Hope something to bond over.
Hope told Deacon about taking a self-defense course, which left him a little concerned initially.
Deacon wanted to make sure nobody was bothering Hope or making her feel threatened in any way. It was a sweet protective dad moment that the show could continue to build on.
Hope assured Deacon this was just about feeling secure and self-confident as a woman.
Hope wants to know she can defend herself should the need ever arise, but she’s not all that experienced when it comes to the moves she’s learning.
There’s still the potential for danger if Deacon’s fear comes true and someone indeed bothers Hope – especially if this involves an armed threat. It’s easy to imagine B&B writing in a mugging attempt or something along those lines.
There could be some risky situation where Deacon has to step up as Hope’s dad and come to her rescue.
The week of December 27-31 will bring a moment where Deacon lands in the right time and place, so the puzzle pieces fit here.
Perhaps the karate theme will come back into play if Deacon fights off a couple thugs and prevents disaster. The show needs to give Deacon’s redemption arc a little boost, so having him save the day is a good way to do that.
Of course, there’s also the potential for Deacon to come to someone else’s rescue – like Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) or even Beth Spencer if the kid wanders off and Grandpa finds her. Regardless, Deacon seems poised to become a hero one way or another.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon’s upcoming move will pull him even closer to Hope and Brooke, so Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t going to be happy about that.
