General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) chemistry test results are in! Which woman brings the most sizzle now that the show’s shopped Drew around? It’s been downright comical watching GH deliver scene after scene of chem testing, but it’s also been fun to see how well Cameron Mathison works with so many options.
Mathison is a vibrant and charming performer who gives his costars great energy to work with, so it’s easy to buy Drew in almost any of the pairings that have been teased. On social media, fan wars have erupted as people try to claim Drew for this ship or that ship.
Drew’s in hot demand since he’s a good-looking single guy with a huge heart. Of course, there are going to be different opinions on which woman Drew belongs with, but let’s run down the possibilities that have been highlighted on the show.
Drew arguably had some chemistry with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) on Cassadine Island. Though the situation was tense following the tunnel collapse, there were signs of life between Britt and Drew.
It’d be awfully soapy for Britt to end up with Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) twin at some point.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) also shared some sweet looks and warm embraces with Drew, who’s poised to comfort her in the aftermath of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) secret exposure.
There’s definitely the potential for Carly to fall for Jason’s brother under the circumstances.
Drew and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) also had some nice chemistry in their scenes together. After the nightmare Maxie’s been forced to endure with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), we’d love to see her land a wonderful man like Drew for a change.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) may be with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) right now, but the “Dream” chemistry is alive and well.
Drew and Sam are awfully cute, especially with their extreme height difference. They also make an adorable family with Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri), so the show may be tempted to reunite this fam down the road.
However, Drew and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) would be an absolutely gorgeous couple based on the scenes where they caught up at Kelly’s.
Liz is stuck in what many find to be a sizzle-less pairing with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), so seeing her light up with Drew made us want to see that potential explored.
