Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, February 22, tease that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will reveal how Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) became Renee DuMonde (Philece Sampler) while Clyde Weston (James Read) threatens EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) in prison. Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will also have a new clue for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), so let’s discuss what’s in store.
On the island, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will grow concerned as they interact with Sarah.
Sarah just showed up at the storm shelter, but Kayla and Steve will quickly realize she’s not quite herself.
Days spoilers say Sarah will have some memory issues, so Steve and Kayla will think she might have selective amnesia.
They won’t be able to make sense of what Sarah’s saying – and they’ll be truly shocked when Sarah announces she’s not Sarah at all!
On Tuesday’s DOOL episode, Sarah will declare that she loves Tony and will call herself by the name Renee DuMonde.
The real Renee was played by Philece Sampler in the early ‘80s, so Kayla and Steve will know Sarah is confused.
Days spoilers say Steve and Kayla will try to get through to Sarah, so they’ll no doubt insist that Renee has been dead for years.
However, Sarah will maintain that she’s the one and only Renee DuMonde and will tell her life story to prove it.
Meanwhile, Kristen will have a wild story to tell as well. She’ll put a gun on Abigail at some point and perhaps force her to sit down for this.
Kristen will admit Sarah was previously kept in the room she’s now missing from – the bedroom Abigail just found in the locked wing.
After Kristen explains how Sarah got jabbed with a syringe full of the same drug used on Abigail, she’ll talk about Sarah’s mental state.
Abigail once had horrible hallucinations thanks to that drug, but it affected Sarah a little differently.
After Sarah was given Renee’s old diary, she absorbed it like she was living it.
Now Sarah believes she’s actually Renee and only wants to get back home to Tony.
Of course, that means more heartbreak is headed Xander Cook Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) way eventually!
In the meantime, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will share a lead with Chad, but it looks like it’ll be Tony who comes through with an even bigger clue.
This will put Chad one step closer to reuniting with Abigail on that island, so at least he’ll be making progress.
Other Days spoilers say Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will return to Salem and catch Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) by surprise.
Xander will be stunned as well, especially once Jack starts hurling accusations around.
Since Abigail has vanished, Jack will demand the truth from Gwen.
Jack will want to know if Gwen had something to do with Abigail’s disappearance and may lash out since he’s so desperate for answers.
Gwen will inevitably get flustered over all Jack’s questions and allegations, but Xander will likely step up to defend her.
Xander may argue that Gwen is a changed woman and would never do anything else to harm Abigail.
Xander might also encourage Jack to trust Gwen and even get him to apologize in the end.
Whatever the case, Gwen’s guilt will pile up as this situation gets worse and worse.
At Statesville, EJ will seethe over being forced to bunk with Clyde, the man at fault for his death.
Clyde got a DiMera henchman to betray EJ by pumping a bullet into him – and DOOL viewers will soon see a flashback of that terrible night.
James Scott was playing the role at the time, so the show let Dan Feuerriegel film his own version of EJ’s demise.
Fortunately, Kristen came along with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) serum once EJ was in the morgue and sent him away for a secret recovery
After some hard work and plenty of obstacles, EJ is finally back to his old self – though he still loathes Clyde for derailing his life.
Naturally, Clyde will think he’s the one in charge behind bars and will deliver some threats on Tuesday to make sure EJ doesn’t forget it.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Clyde and EJ’s cellmate arrangement will bring major drama, so stay tuned!
