Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, March 17, teases that TR Coates (William Christian) will carry out a sympathy charade while Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) meets Beth Howard (Donielle Artese). Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will also make a bold confession, so here’s what Days fans can expect.
For starters, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will remain a nervous wreck over Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) dire condition.
Eli made it out of surgery, but he’s far from OK. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) may warn that they won’t know the full extent of any brain damage until Eli wakes up.
Valerie Grant (Vanessa A. Williams) will rush to the hospital following her flight, so she’ll want the latest updates on her injured son.
Lani and Valerie will share some emotional hugs as they try to get through this terrible ordeal together.
Of course, Lani will have other members of her support system to lean on.
After Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) talks to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) about the shooting, she’ll head to the hospital and fret over Eli.
Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will speak with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) before hustling to the hospital waiting area as well.
Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will continue to be there for Lani, but he certainly won’t welcome TR’s arrival.
TR is responsible for shooting Eli in the head, but he’ll play innocent and want to be there for Lani as her biological father.
Abe will think he’s got it covered in the dad department and will urge TR to leave, but TR may argue that it’s up to Lani, not Abe.
However, Lani may be too worried about Eli to even think about the TR situation right now.
Lani will visit Eli in his hospital room and once again remind him that he has to survive for their family’s sake.
Valerie will also beg her son to come back to her, so there’ll definitely be some tearful scenes.
Sadly, Eli will suffer some seizures that add to Valerie and Lani’s fears.
They’ll have to watch Eli shake violently right in front of them, so his condition will deteriorate rapidly.
Back with Shawn, he’ll be puzzled over this drug deal gone wrong. DOOL viewers know this case isn’t what it seems to be – and Shawn is already starting to sense that.
Shawn’s hunch should get even stronger once he really delves deep into his investigation.
Next, Chanel will meet Beth in the town square. It appears Beth will overhear something or perhaps just gather enough details from Chanel to know Lani is her sister.
Beth will battle guilt over the deal she made with TR, but she should keep her mouth shut about all the dirt she knows anyway.
Other Days spoilers say Chanel will stop by to see Allie at Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) apartment.
Chanel may need a distraction from all the horrible hospital drama, so Allie will come through with a revelation about herself.
Thanks to Allie’s conversation with Will Horton (Chandler Massey), she seems to be getting comfortable with a bisexual label.
After Allie confesses to Chanel, they’ll share a kiss and maybe consider what a real romance might look like between them.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chanel and Allie could indeed be headed for couple status if this keeps up, but things will get complicated due to the devil’s reign of terror!
