GH fans know Spencer is being a real jerk at the moment.
It’s like Spencer is forgetting the wonderful person he’s come to know and twisting Trina into someone she’s not.
After the way Trina has stepped up for Spencer time and time again, the fact that he can’t firmly believe in her now is infuriating.
Since Spencer is letting Esme’s scheme mess with his head, who can blame Trina for deciding she’s done?
Trina reflected on how much worse her life has become since Spencer entered it – and she’s right!
Spencer has brought nothing but trouble, especially through his connection to manipulative Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
Spencer deserves to be miserable for a while, and he’s certainly going to be when Trina starts falling for someone new.
It looks like that someone may be Officer Rory Cabrera.
Rory was the officer assigned to watch over Trina in the interrogation room, so he witnessed everything that happened with Spencer and didn’t hesitate to get rid of him once Trina was through.
Officer Cabrera also brought Trina a soda and exchanged a sweet smile with her, which felt like the ultimate cute moment to begin a new love story.
Trina is a mature young woman who could use a man worthy of her like Rory – not a waffling, spineless boy like Spencer!
It’s clear that Spencer has a lot of growing up to do before he can ever think about being in Trina’s league.
Rory, on the other hand, could be just the guy that Trina needs in the meantime.
There’s always a chance for Trina and Spencer to find their way forward down the road, but Rory may be her romantic path forward for now.
Of course, Trina has to worry about beating the charges against her first thanks to Esme’s setup, but more sparks could fly with Rory soon.
General Hospital spoilers say Spencer may regret not showing Trina some loyalty, especially once she starts falling for Rory instead of him.
