The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) could be to blame for Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) death and Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) PTSD. It looks like Victoria may lose control on the road and cause a horrible accident.
Rey, Connor and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will attend a Blackhawks game together before heading back to Genoa City.
Unfortunately, that could put them on the highway at the same time as Victoria for this tragic collision.
Victoria isn’t going to be in a great state of mind due to all the Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) chaos.
Victoria will be distracted and perhaps quite distraught depending on how her plan goes.
It turns out Victoria will lose her focus a bit when it comes to Ashland’s takedown.
Victoria will let herself believe that maybe Ashland’s love wasn’t entirely a lie.
Of course, Ashland may ultimately prove he’s as ruthless as ever.
We could end up with a situation where Victoria tearfully bolts in her car and just needs to get away from Ashland in that moment.
There’s even a chance Victoria will land in the car with Ashland.
That could lead to Ashland reaching for the wheel in a fight or keeping Victoria’s eyes off the road for too long.
Whatever the case, Y&R insiders are hinting that Victoria will be involved in an upcoming car accident.
Since we know Rey’s going to be on a road trip and is headed for the exit door, it makes sense that Victoria will hit Rey’s car and cause his death.
Sadly, this could affect Connor as well.
Connor has already had to deal with so much trauma in his short life, but he’ll be truly horrified if he has to watch Rey die right in front of him.
We’re hearing that Connor will struggle in the aftermath of a traumatic ordeal, so it all lines up for Victoria to cause that.
This could turn into quite the umbrella story with consequences that last for many months, so we’ll pass along updates as other Y&R news rolls in.
