Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 19, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will console crying Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) while Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) doomed father-daughter bond is on full display.
For starters, Jack and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will return to Salem just in time for Gwen’s wedding to Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).
Although Gwen certainly isn’t Jennifer’s favorite person, she’s trying to put any past issues aside since Jack wants to step up and be a dad to his daughter.
Of course, Gwen has blown chance after chance with Jack. He finally thinks Gwen has turned over a new leaf, but she’s just as manipulative and selfish as ever.
Now that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) has spotted Gwen at the police station, she may suggest going back to the Horton house together.
The half-sisters will indeed end up there, so that’ll give Gwen an opportunity to reunite with Jack.
DOOL fans will see some heartfelt scenes as Jack beams with pride on Gwen’s big day.
Jack will be glad Gwen’s found happiness with Xander, especially since they’re best mates.
Gwen should feel guilty if Jack praises all the improvements she’s made to her life.
Even so, Gwen won’t feel guilty enough to confess – and that means Abigail will have a shot at ruining Gwen’s wedding as well as her whole relationship with Xander.
Abigail will do her part to make sure Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) immunity deal happens, but a lot of that will depend on DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) coming through.
Fortunately, Trask will move forward with this deal soon – and that means Ava will spill all Gwen’s horrible crimes.
As Abigail awaits updates from Ava, she’ll look forward to getting the ammunition she needs.
Although Abigail won’t want to tell Jack just yet, she’ll at least tell Jennifer about Gwen’s looming comeuppance and the double nuptials that are about to explode.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) are getting married as well, but Leo obviously wasn’t happy about the prenup Chloe roped him into signing.
Craig thought Leo should sign to ease Chloe’s mind, so he ultimately felt he had no choice.
Days spoilers say Leo will make an admission on Tuesday, April 19.
That could involve a guilt-trip about the lack of trust, but Leo might admit Chloe had the right idea.
Leo wants to sell the idea that he’s moved beyond all the scamming. He may confess that Chloe’s reservations were warranted and hope this serves as a crucial step to family acceptance.
Whatever the case, Leo will continue to deceive Craig while Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) are busy hunting down Jackie Cox in New York.
Leo’s partner in crime will become a crucial part of his downfall later this week.
Until then, Chloe will find herself in tears over her duped dad. She’s run out of potential ways to stop this wedding, so she’ll feel like Craig is going to get hurt.
Days spoilers say Brady will wipe away Chloe’s tears and offer support. Chloe won’t have to attend this wedding alone since Brady will go as her plus one.
That’ll provide some comfort and strength as Chloe prepares for the dreaded event.
Following their dating app match, Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) will meet up with Clyde Weston (James Read).
Clyde will be upfront about being an ex-con and will assume people will have some horrible things to say if Nancy asks around.
Nevertheless, Clyde will promise that he’s on a better path – especially now that he’s got a grandbaby on the way.
Although Nancy won’t feel a ton of sparks just yet, she’ll think Clyde seems like an honest guy.
Nancy is in a real bind when it comes to her need for a wedding date, so she’ll explain her predicament and ask if Clyde will accompany her.
Clyde won’t want Nancy to cower in fear of what others think, so he’ll insist she’s more than capable of going alone.
Nancy will make a fashionably late wedding arrival when the time comes, so that’ll turn a few heads!
