The Bold and the Restless (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, April 20, tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will face Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) amnesia shock. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will explain his two-wife dilemma, so some stunning moments are on the way.
B&B fans know Steffy just had a big reaction to the sight of Liam. She was thrilled when Liam visited her bedside and insisted she would never leave him.
Steffy talked about how much she needed her “sweet husband,” so Liam looked beyond confused as he sat across from her.
Once Liam wraps his head around what Steffy believes, he may try to gently jog her memory with some questions.
However, it’ll become apparent that Steffy’s missing a lot of time and still fully believes she’s married to Liam.
This will naturally be a difficult predicament since Liam and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) won’t want to upset Steffy too much.
They could rock the boat in Steffy’s recovery if they try to dump too many bombshells on her before she’s ready.
It looks like Liam will play along or at least refuse to deny Steffy’s husband claims.
From there, Liam will have to tell Hope and Brooke about the new dilemma they’re all facing.
Liam has moved on with Hope as his new wife, but Steffy is still Liam’s wife in her own mind.
Of course, that’s going to be unsettling news for Hope considering the history they all share.
Hope will want to shut down any potential love triangle revival, so she’ll decide to speak with Steffy herself and give her a nudge toward reality soon.
In the meantime, Brooke will surely freak at the thought of Steffy using this situation to pull Liam closer.
This isn’t Steffy’s fault since she has amnesia, but that won’t stop Brooke from getting territorial over Hope’s marriage.
At Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will continue their deep discussion.
After Carter admitted to missing Quinn, she touched hands with him while giving back his loft key.
Quinn then confessed to missing Carter as well, so these two are connecting all over again.
Carter might want Quinn to keep that loft key just in case, but that sounds awfully dangerous!
Quinn might stand her ground on giving it back since the last thing they need is more temptation.
Whether Carter accepts the returned key or not, it’s clear that Carter and Quinn still have an intense, passionate bond that could spell trouble.
Quinn had better think long and hard before she goes too far with Carter!
Quinn just might be on her last chance with Eric Forrester (John McCook), but we’ll give you updates on any further romantic developments.
