Justin Bieber is used to being in the news but not for a sex scandal including claims by Maria Yeater that the 17-year-old fathered her 4-month-old son. Justin was explicit in his denial of rumours that he has fathered Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater. That is Mariah’s son (supposedly) for whom she has filed a legal claim for support against Justin for – to tune of big bucks of course.
In fact, according to Justin there is no way he could have had sex with Mariah as she claims, backstage after a concert, because he always is taken straight from the stage to his waiting limo! Justin said: “It’s crazy. Every night after the show I’m gone right from the stage right to the car, so it’s crazy that some people want to make such false allegations.”
Justin said the whole crazy claim by Mariah is “crap” at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast. Justin is sure he has never even met Mariah – who claims their “brief” tryst took place after the singer performed a concert at the Los Angeles Staples Center.
He said: “Never met the woman. I’d just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true. I know that I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim. To set the record straight, none of it is true.”
In her lawsuit, Yeater claims she was approached by one of Bieber’s security guards at the concert and asked if she wanted to meet the singer and was then taken backstage.
Yeater claims she and Bieber began to kiss and then on the star’s suggestion she went with him to a “private place” where he then told her “he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time” and they then had “brief” sex lasting only approximately “30 seconds.”
A court hearing to decide Yeater’s claims has been scheduled to take place on December 15.
