Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will face the tragic calm before the storm, so they’ll enjoy a romantic celebration ahead of a deadly farewell that’s brewing this summer.
DOOL fans have probably heard by now that Abigail is indeed a goner. Abigail is set to face a horrific fate – the kind of death that leaves no room for doubt about her heading for a coffin.
Of course, that kind of makes sense under the circumstances. Since Days writers are determined to kill Abigail off, they need something that feels rather final.
Otherwise, there’d be nothing to stop Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) from calling on Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) to fix Abigail right up.
Dr. Rolf has a soft spot for Chad, so he’d want to help with some strange serum if he could.
Days has to kill Abigail off in a way where Dr. Rolf’s hands are tied.
There’ll be nothing to save Abigail from tragedy – though we should point out there’s always a chance at a back-from-the-dead comeback in crazy Salem.
Nevertheless, Days plans to give Abigail a death with some gruesome finality behind it for now.
DOOL insiders have been hearing rumblings about Abigail’s decapitation, but the cause of death isn’t official just yet.
Even so, just knowing Abigail’s going to die in a grotesque way will make some upcoming “Chabby” scenes painful.
During the week of May 9-13, Chad and Abigail will celebrate making it through another round of drama.
Between Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), Abigail and Chad have had way too much to deal with lately.
They’ll feel like they’re putting all the chaos in the rearview mirror, so Chad and Abigail will have a celebration of their love and perhaps toast to the future.
Sadly, that future’s going to be short-lived due to Abigail’s grim fate.
Chad will eventually have to say goodbye, but he’ll think they’ve got all the time in the world right now.
The show will put Abigail and Chad’s romance on full display as we head into a terrible chapter of their love story.
Chad and Abigail think the storm has passed, but this will just be the calm before it!
