Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, May 12, tease that Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) baby plea will stun Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) while runaway Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) worries Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will also score a lawyer for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), so she’ll have a difficult choice to make.
At the Horton house, Jack will convince Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) to come over and hear him out.
Although Gwen has done a lot of terrible things, she’s still Jack’s daughter.
With that in mind, DOOL spoilers say Jack will want to help Gwen lawyer up.
Even if Jack believes Gwen needs to be punished to some degree, he’ll also think Gwen should have a proper defense strategy.
Jack may believe DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will throw the book at Gwen without an attorney to stand in her way.
Days spoilers say Jack will ultimately make Gwen an offer, so that should involve the chance to have Justin defend her.
Of course, Gwen will face a tough decision since Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) also offered her an escape route.
It’s just a matter of whether Gwen wants a get-out-of-jail-free card or she’s willing to let Justin fight for her legally.
As for Anna, she’ll also have some legal woes to fret over.
Days spoilers say Anna will work herself into a tizzy and fear she’ll have to go on the run if she wants to avoid prison.
Tony will listen to Ava’s plan to become a fugitive and no doubt argue that there has to be a better solution.
Fortunately, the charges against Anna should be dropped soon since Sarah has received the antidote and is on the verge of becoming her old self again.
However, Xander will soon realize Sarah doesn’t have all her memories.
Although Sarah will kiss Xander and remember their love, she’ll also make a shocking request.
It seems that request will be related to Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton, so Sarah may push to see her daughter without realizing Xander and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) teamed up on a baby switch plot.
The real “Mickey” died, so Sarah will have to face this heartbreaking news – but not until she’s recovered enough to survive the blow emotionally.
At the DiMera mansion, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will enjoy some passionate moments.
Abigail will hit the sheets with Chad as they celebrate their love and appreciate the fact that they’ve made it through another crisis together.
Sadly, there’s another storm rolling in thanks to vengeful Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) – and a far worse one will play out down the road when Abigail gets murdered!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad and Abigail will save some peaceful scenes, but their family will be torn apart in the most painful way imaginable later this summer.
