The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) bed may be waiting for Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) after Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) disappoints. Will consolation prize love reignite after Ridge ultimately turns back to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen)?
Brooke made some progress toward getting what she wants since Ridge decided to move out of Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) guesthouse.
Ridge vowed to move in with Eric Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and even kissed Brooke, so she’s feeling more optimistic.
Of course, the more Brooke hopes for a positive outcome, the harder she has to fall if it doesn’t happen.
Bill certainly had plenty to say about Ridge’s disloyalty and how Brooke would never have real happiness with her current husband.
When Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) argued that Brooke was madly in love with Ridge, Bill was quick to point out that he had a history with Brooke, too.
On the May 18 episode, B&B fans heard Bill talk about Brooke and how they were also madly in love with each other once upon a time.
Could Bill’s recognition of that past love offer a hint about the future?
Bill has been working hard to win Katie Logan (Heather Tom) back, but he’s clearly not having much luck.
That’s partly because Katie knows there’s always a chance Bill will drift back toward Brooke.
Perhaps it’s already happening if Bill’s passionate defense of Brooke is any indication.
Bill feels confident that Ridge will disappoint Brooke, so we have to consider the possibility that he’s right.
Ridge may end up landing in Taylor’s bed – and that could give Bill the opportunity to get Brooke back in his own.
Bill would be Brooke’s consolation prize since Ridge is the one she truly desires, but he’d be OK with that.
“Dollar Bill” likes to win and would still feel some satisfaction in becoming Brooke’s next chapter.
