Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview for the week of May 23-27 teases that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will attack EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for stealing Belle Brady (Martha Madison) – or at least trying to! Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will also sizzle while Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) beds Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), so let’s talk about what’s ahead.
For starters, DOOL’s weekly promo points out a great reason to celebrate: “The devil is gone!” Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) throws her hands up in the preview clip and seems thrilled to finally be rid of such a sinister presence.
With the devil out of the way, there’ll be more time for some steaminess in Salem.
Gabi will enjoy drinks and a night of flirting with Li, but that’ll escalate to a hotel suite eventually.
Li will mention how he needs to settle down with a nice girl – though that may be something his family’s telling him rather than what Li himself wants.
Regardless, Gabi won’t think she matches that description and will get awfully naughty with Li instead.
There’ll be some hot moments as Li and Gabi hit the sheets, but they won’t be the only ones.
Across town, Jake and Ava’s platonic sleeping arrangement will become a thing of the past as they let passion erupt.
However, Gabi won’t be far from Jake’s mind since he’ll dream about her later.
It turns out Gabi’s dreams will be about Jake as well, so neither of them will be with who they truly desire.
Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will also have passionate scenes with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so Days will really play up the “love in the afternoon” angle in the week ahead.
Over with EJ, he’ll get into a heated argument with Shawn.
It looks like EJ may get in Shawn’s face and rant about his treatment of Belle, but Shawn may insist this is none of EJ’s business.
Days’ weekly preview video shows Shawn lunging at EJ angrily, so the pair will nearly come to blows before Belle intervenes.
Shawn will fear that EJ is taking advantage of all the Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) baby drama by trying to steal his wife.
It’s true that EJ has his eye on Belle since he’ll plant a big kiss on her at one point.
Just how far will Belle and EJ take this forbidden romance? Time will tell, but we’ll pass along updates as other Days news rolls in.
