The Young and the Restless spoilers preview for the week of May 23 to May 27 reveals there will be a vicious catfight. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) calls Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) a professional gold digger. Diane doesn’t walk away or try to keep her temper in check. Instead, Diane slaps her foe across the face. That’s when things spiral out of control.
Confronting Diane Jenkins
Y&R spoilers reveal that more people are finding out that Diane is alive and back in Genoa City after all these years. Diane keeps saying that she’s changed and claims she even went to therapy.
However, nobody believes Diane’s story. In fact, people just want Diane to go away. One person that wants Diane gone is Nikki, who confronts her enemy during the week of May 23.
Y&R Spoilers: Professional Gold Digger
Nikki tells Diane that the only reason she is back and wants to be a part of Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) life is for the money.
Then, Nikki calls Diane a professional gold digger. That is when Diane has a violent reaction.
Slapping Nikki Newman
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the weekly preview shows Diane slapping Nikki right across the face.
After quickly regaining her composure, Nikki responds by slapping Diane back. That is when the catfight turns vicious as both women try to strangle each other.
Once Nikki and Diane start grabbing at each other, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) jumps into action.
Victoria struggles to pull her mother off of Diane.
After a few minutes, Victoria is able to restrain Nikki from murdering Diane with her bare hands. However, Nikki has some last words for her nemesis.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Last Words
Nikki uses Diane faking her death to issue a veiled threat. Nikki suggests that Diane go back to the grave she crawled out of and stay there.
Even though they are just words, this statement could come back to haunt Nikki.
After all, Nikki almost went down for Diane’s murder all those years ago. Could history end up repeating itself, or will Diane punish Nikki in another way?
It is confirmed that Diane does make a connection with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).
If the two villains join forces, Nikki and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) problems could be just beginning.
