General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) promotion for Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) could bring grave danger. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) should be terrified over the deadly mob mayhem and battle worsening guilt for pushing her BFF into it.
GH viewers know Brad was wary of accepting Selina’s job offer, which was really more of a demand after all the work she did to get him out of prison.
Selina expects Brad to be grateful and do what he’s told within her organization.
However, Brad put up a fight and wanted to work at GH again, so Selina blackmailed Britt into a change of plans.
Now Brad actually likes the job that Britt talked him into taking.
Things are going well with Brad in charge of Selina’s poker nights and any side gigs she might have him doing.
Selina has even bigger plans for Brad and sees real potential in him despite all the naysayers like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
The next step for Selina should involve giving Brad a promotion and more responsibilities.
It seems like Selina’s goal is to keep pulling Brad further and further into her organization – perhaps to the point where there’s no way out!
By the time Brad realizes he’s in too deep, it may be too late to climb out of the hole Selina is digging for him.
Selina is all about control and wants to dictate Brad’s life completely. Whatever job Selina has in mind for Brad next is sure to be a more dangerous one.
The peril may keep escalating and leave Britt genuinely fearful about Brad’s safety.
That’s especially true if a mob war breaks out down the road – and there have certainly been some warning signs about that over the last few months.
Britt already feels guilty about pushing Brad to be part of the mob world, but that guilt could intensify soon enough.
The more danger Brad lands in, the worse Britt’s going to feel.
Will Brad end up hospitalized and seriously injured at some point? That’s been the case for several mob-related characters lately, so Brad could be next in line!
