Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will likely have a Hong Kong offer for Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), so this could set up an exciting summer trip.
After Li took things to the next level with Gabi, he was immediately quite smitten with her.
In fact, Li confessed their night together was one of the most intense experiences of his life.
Since Li was so enamored by Gabi and intrigued by this passionate connection between them, he decided to delay his departure.
Li opted to stick around Salem and get to know Gabi a bit better instead of rushing right back to Hong Kong.
However, Li can’t stay in town forever, so his Hong Kong departure will still have to happen pretty soon.
During the week of June 13-17, Days spoilers say Li will deliver some tough but significant updates.
As much as it’ll pain Li to break the news, he may admit it’s time for him to head home.
Of course, Li may offer to entertain Gabi if she ever finds herself in Hong Kong at some point.
Li might even vow to arrange the trip if Gabi decides she misses him and can’t stay away. Any time Li can spend with Gabi should be welcome.
Gabi is clearly using Li to try and get over Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash), but he’s still an attractive man who interests her.
There’s the potential for more fun between Li and Gabi down the road since we know they’re both going to be part of Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem this July.
The DOOL Peacock series’ next chapter will involve a trip to Hong Kong, so it seems like a done deal that Gabi will share scenes with Li there.
When Li reveals he has to head home and hopefully makes this offer, Gabi may mull it over and take him up on it in a few weeks.
Naturally, Li and Gabi may also have to address Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) death, which could stir up some complicated emotions.
Gabi has had her ups and downs with Abigail over the years, but she should still feel the loss in some ways.
However, that’s just another reason for Gabi to get away for a while and distract herself with a Hong Kong trip later on.
It still seems like Li’s going to make an offer that paves the way for that soon enough.
Days spoilers say Gabi will continue to face some difficulties in her personal life, but she’ll hang in there!
