The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will forbid John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) reunion. Sheila should refuse to let her hostage son be taken away, so let’s discuss Finn’s recovery and the tricky situation he could find himself in.
Finn has been struggling to stay conscious, but he’s at least opening his eyes and seems to know he wants his mom – meaning his adoptive mom, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).
Of course, Sheila the insane narcissist believes Finn still wants her too, even after all the horror she inflicted.
At this point, Finn doesn’t know what’s going on, so he’s not awake and alert enough to get a grip on all this.
However, B&B spoilers say Finn’s recovery will continue to progress, so Sheila’s going to face some other issues eventually.
After Sheila takes Li out of the equation, she’ll be in charge of Finn’s care herself.
What happens once Finn remembers Steffy? You can bet Finn will want to get in touch with his beloved wife.
No matter how much Finn recalls regarding Sheila and the double shooting drama, B&B spoilers point to Finn wanting to get stronger for his family.
That’s what’ll keep Finn going in the weeks ahead – the thought of recovering and reuniting with Steffy as well as Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay).
The show will play up the connection between Finn and Steffy, even when they’re apart.
That means Finn’s ultimately going to remember Steffy and the kids, but Sheila will no doubt make a reunion difficult.
Once Finn starts forming sentences and understands that Steffy needs to know he’s alive, he may ask Sheila for a phone to call her.
Unfortunately, that’s probably not something Sheila will be willing to provide!
It’s easy to imagine Sheila calling Finn “sweetheart” and telling him she’s sorry she can’t allow Steffy to reenter his life.
Sheila may reiterate that all this is Steffy’s fault in her eyes and try to keep Finn in this little hostage bubble she’s creating.
Now that Sheila’s got Finn back, she won’t want Steffy to take him away from her again.
There’s the potential for Sheila to keep Finn just drugged enough so that he can’t fight her off.
Whatever the case, Sheila may forbid Finn’s phone call to Steffy and any other type of communication.
From Sheila’s perspective, Steffy will be the evil threat who could rob her of this second chance.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn may get stuck as Sheila’s hostage for a while, but he’ll try to focus on Steffy and getting back to the family he built with her.
