The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 28, tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will rock the boat with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) enjoy a premature celebration.
First, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will think Billy should make a big change.
Y&R fans know Lily has been concerned about Billy, who may be pulling away in more ways than one.
Billy tends to develop fixations – and his latest one is this podcast division.
It seems like Billy is throwing all his effort into this project, so Lily may worry he won’t be able to keep up his COO duties.
Lily seemed uneasy over Billy’s popularity as a podcaster recently.
Although Lily wants Chancellor-Winters to do well, she may think Billy should reduce the number of episodes or even cut one of his podcasts.
Maybe Lily will want Billy to focus more on finding other successful voices instead of using his own.
However, Billy has already spelled out how important this whole podcast thing is to him.
If Lily becomes controlling about it and pushes for too many changes, she’s definitely going to rock the boat in her romance.
Next, Adam and Sally will remain on cloud nine now that they’ve achieved all their goals.
Sally will help Adam celebrate now that he’s the CEO of Newman Enterprises and she’s the CEO of Newman Media.
Unfortunately, this celebration may be rather premature considering Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) doesn’t have total faith in Adam.
Victor would rather convince Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to come reclaim the throne.
Now that Sally and Adam have climbed all the way to the top, they’ve got so much further to fall.
It can only go downhill from here, so Adam and Sally need to be careful about lulling themselves into a false sense of security.
Over with Victor, he’ll meet with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and discuss the huge hurdles he has in mind for Victoria’s new venture with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).
Victor will spell out his game plan and hope Nick’s willing to get on board.
Nick may surprise Victor by admitting he’s considering coming back to Newman Enterprises.
Victor would be glad to have Nick as part of the team again, especially at a time like this.
Nevertheless, Victor is underestimating Victoria, who’s a lot like her scheming father.
It turns out Victoria is scamming Ashland and actually wants Victor to sabotage them.
Since Victor’s going to ensure that Victoria has no funding, it’ll be easier for her to convince Ashland they should use their own money.
That’ll put Victoria in the prime position to get the $250 million back from Ashland and set him up for a devastating blow.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will turn the tables on Ashland soon, so keep watching for more drama.
