Cameron means well, but he’s setting himself up for trouble by keeping secrets from Josslyn.
Although Cameron agreed to keep quiet about Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) plan to save Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), it’s taking a toll on Cam’s romance with Joss.
Lies are never a good thing in a relationship, especially one that’s already on shaky ground.
Things have been tricky for Cam and Josslyn ever since their first time making love got tainted by Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) video scandal.
Now that Cameron is hiding crucial info from Josslyn, that’s only adding to the emotional distance between them.
Sadly, all signs point to a breakup after the truth comes out.
Josslyn will no doubt feel betrayed since Cameron didn’t trust her enough to come clean.
Cam’s loyalty should be to his girlfriend, so Joss won’t be happy when she realizes Cameron was loyal to Spencer instead.
The fact that Trina’s been suffering in the dark will only add to Josslyn’s fury.
Cam has handled this situation horribly and will have to pay the price for his actions.
After Cameron and Josslyn presumably split, Joss is probably going to need a new love interest.
If GH writers want to take the most dramatic route possible, Dex seems like a great fit.
Dex is secretly working for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) on a plot to take Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down.
Michael would hate the idea of a bad boy like Dex hitting it off with Josslyn, especially since he warned Dex that his family was off-limits.
Sonny offered a similar warning and wouldn’t want Dex involved with Josslyn either, so it’d create a fun romantic mess right off the bat.
Maybe Josslyn could even get a hunch that Dex is up to something and decide to get to know him better – just to find out whatever he’s hiding.
Josslyn is a snooper like Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), so she would certainly do a little investigating if she sensed something was up.
Dex is an attractive guy who’d be in the right age range for Josslyn, so it’d be a shame to waste this opportunity – particularly since Josslyn appears to be on the verge of single status!
