General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may catch Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) violent mob boss moment and realize she must accept Nixon Falls “Mike” is long gone. Let’s talk about Sonny’s latest plan and an interruption that’ll catch him off guard.
GH fans know Sonny is fuming over Felty (Brian Norris), the photographer who made drug deals with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
Sonny wants to send a clear message and make sure it never happens again, so we all know what that means.
Although Sonny suggested he wanted to have a “talk” with Felty, his fists will no doubt be the ones doing the talking.
Sonny isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when necessary and has assured Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) that he’ll personally take care of this.
Of course, Sonny got an assist from Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), who was able to track Felty down.
Dex may be part of the violence that’s brewing, but Sonny seems poised to roll his sleeves up and take the lead here.
Since Felty messed with Brando’s wife, it’s personal.
Sonny considers Sasha family at this point – and he never tolerates an attack of any kind on his inner circle.
The last thing Sasha needs is some pushy paparazzo striking deals and putting dangerous drugs in her hands.
Sonny’s going to teach Felty a lesson he’ll never forget, so it looks like a major beating is coming up.
However, what Sonny assumes will be a private moment could turn into a rather horrific scene.
Someone surprising will come along to witness Sonny’s vicious side, so that may be Nina.
It could serve as a reminder of Sonny’s mob boss status and just how far he’ll go for payback.
Nina may be rather rattled if she sees this version of Sonny firsthand.
Although Nina is well aware of Sonny’s line of work and acts like she’s OK with it, knowing and seeing are two different things.
Nina could find herself feeling disturbed over the sight of Sonny beating a man to a pulp and leaving him for dead.
After Sonny’s interruption, he’ll have a critical discussion with Nina as they try to find a way forward.
On July 25, Nina and Sonny will have to accept some difficult truths, so that could include the fact that he’s going to be in mob mode from time to time.
Sonny isn’t “Mike” from Nixon Falls anymore, so Nina may have to get used to some bloody drama occasionally.
Sonny may also have to accept that Nina isn’t going to coddle Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) since Carly was too stubborn to take the offer.
Nina has every right to keep the Metro Court half she purchased, so Sonny may have to suck it up and stop worrying so much about his bitter ex-wife’s feelings.
Nina and Sonny have been having some issues lately, but this could be their chance to really get honest and work toward a deeper relationship.
