Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, July 28, tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will threaten Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) while Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) makes a shocking proposal. Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will also help Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) pick a twin, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on DOOL.
For starters, EJ will corner Chad and remind him that prison awaits unless he signs over his shares.
Since Chad helped frame EJ for Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) kidnapping, EJ is counting on his brother to make things up to him.
Days spoilers say EJ will deliver an ultimatum, so it sounds like he’ll assure Chad that he’s serious about sending him to Statesville.
Chad can either sign over the shares or land behind bars, so he’ll no doubt choose the former.
In the meantime, Ava will struggle now that she’s just been informed Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) didn’t make it.
We’ll see Ava will plunge into grief as she tries to process the fact that Jake is really gone.
Of course, this is Salem, where Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) often brings DOOL characters back to life.
Based on insider hints about Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) return and some clues about Dr. Rolf’s new project, it sounds like Jake will undergo a twin transformation eventually.
Speaking of twins, Chanel still won’t be sure whether her future lies with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) or Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).
Paulina will help Chanel sort through her feelings as she makes her final decision.
Other Days spoilers say Gabi will have a proposal for someone to consider. It’ll lead to a surprising alliance, so could it be Ava that Gabi teams up with?
Although Ava obviously isn’t Gabi’s favorite person, they might bond over Jake’s death since they both cared about him.
There’s also the matter of what happens to Jake’s shares, so maybe Jake has a will that leaves his shares to Ava.
That might give Gabi a good reason to pitch an Ava alliance – and it’d give Ava a good reason to make demands, which she’ll indeed do during the week of August 1-5.
Regardless, it sounds like Ava will have to make some big decisions while she’s mourning the loss of Jake.
