The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, August 17, tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will cry over Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) demand – and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) won’t take no for an answer.
At the cabin, Thomas will corner Hope so they can have a follow-up conversation regarding Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri).
That should bring the news that Eric Forrester (John McCook) has given his blessing for both Thomas and Douglas to move in.
Of course, Hope will flip out even further as Thomas’ latest proposal inches toward reality.
This will all become very real for Hope, who’ll become emotional as she lashes out.
Hope will argue that Thomas can’t just uproot Douglas from his home, but Thomas may counter that it’ll be an easy adjustment.
Douglas is familiar with the Forrester mansion and quite comfortable there, so the transition should be a simple one.
However, Hope will feel like Thomas is ripping Douglas out of a house he’s thriving in.
We’ll see Hope continue to protest, but Thomas will insist on taking custody of his son.
After Thomas suggests Hope had to know this day was coming, he’ll try to make her understand.
Thomas will assure Hope that she’ll always be in Douglas’ life and can see him all the time, but he’ll stand by his decision to primarily raise his boy.
That demand will bring a tough blow for teary Hope, who’ll no doubt lean on Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in the aftermath.
B&B spoilers say Douglas will have a chance to weigh in on where he wants to live during the week of August 22-26, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, Steffy will refuse to let Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) wiggle out of this Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) conversation.
Taylor belongs with Ridge and is ready for a future with him as far as Steffy’s concerned.
Steffy will push Taylor to admit that – and she won’t back down!
Even if Taylor tries to argue that Ridge has to make that choice, Steffy will want her mom to fight for her man.
At Forrester Creations, Brooke will continue to reel over the Monaco kiss bomb.
Ridge will stand by his claims about getting swept up in his bliss with Taylor, but Brooke still won’t be pleased.
Even so, Brooke may get past Ridge’s loose lips since she’s been desperately trying to repair her marriage.
This is obviously a setback, but it may convince Brooke she just has to work harder to keep Taylor away!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke will unleash her wrath on Taylor eventually, so don’t miss what’s ahead.
