Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Clyde Weston (James Read) may get arrested. Is Clyde behind Sonny Kiriakis’ (Zach Tinker) stabbing and Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) setup?
Someone is indeed framing Leo – and Clyde is obviously the person in Salem with the biggest motive to do that. DOOL history tells us that Clyde isn’t someone who just lets things slide.
Leo dragged Clyde into drama with the hot jewelry that he ultimately landed in trouble over. Plus, Leo is practically enemy number one as far as Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) is concerned, so Clyde would have yet another reason to target him.
It worked out well for Clyde that Nancy wound up single, but she was hurt deeply by Craig Wesley’s (Kevin Spirtas) affair with Leo. Perhaps all of this has contributed to Clyde’s rage and made him determined to seek payback.
Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean that Clyde was Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) killer. It’s possible that the two stabbings are unrelated and just meant to seem connected due to the setup.
Is Sonny just collateral damage in all this? Clyde was behind another Sonny stabbing incident once upon a time, so we certainly can’t rule out the idea that he targeted him again.
Regardless, Clyde doesn’t serve much purpose now that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) is off canvas. Nancy also seems to think Clyde has totally transformed his life when he keeps proving he’s still got a shady side.
It looks like Days may be setting Nancy up for a huge fall, especially since Clyde will pop the question and plan to marry her. Clyde and Nancy’s wedding could lead to a big reveal that leads to Clyde’s shocking arrest!
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say there are some troubling warning signs when it comes to Clyde and the secrets he may be keeping.
