Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of September 12-16 tease that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will reel over Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) while Ava DiMera (Tamara Braun) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) play a dangerous game. Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will also carry out the next revenge step, so that’ll bring some scary moments for several Salemites.
For starters, Gabi will face a stunning encounter with her “dead” husband.
This Stefan sighting will leave Gabi with plenty of questions, but she may put those aside and focus on the joy she feels.
Unfortunately, that joy will be short-lived since Stefan was brainwashed into loving Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), not Gabi.
That means Gabi will get rejected and end up distraught as she spreads the news about Stefan’s survival.
Once Gabi updates EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) on Stefan’s return, the wheels will start turning. Days spoilers say EJ will do some scheming and hope he can get Stefan on his side.
Speaking of scheming, Ava and Johnny will carry out some sort of charade – most likely one meant to dupe EJ.
We’ll see EJ fume over Johnny and Ava’s connection, but they’ll be playing a dangerous game since Johnny is rather enamored with his housemate.
Ava may not be quite as smitten, but she does value Johnny as a shoulder to cry on.
That could lead to this charade venturing into real romantic territory, but EJ will find Johnny and Ava in a compromising situation no matter what.
Meanwhile, the hunt for Orpheus will get underway.
Days spoilers say Orpheus will be hiding out, but finding him could become urgent due to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) sudden illness.
Thanks to Orpheus’ poisoning plot, his former captives will all develop some serious symptoms.
Orpheus may make sure he’s the only one with a cure and watch as John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) suffer.
Other DOOL spoilers say Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will have a terrible dream about Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
That should be some steamy nightmare where Nicole cheats with Eric or perhaps dumps Rafe for him.
As for Nicole, she’ll have a proposition for Eric to consider. Eric will react to an intriguing offer, but Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) may not be thrilled if they strike a deal that keeps Eric in Nicole’s orbit.
Over with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), she’ll face Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) wrath once Stefan is back out in the world. Li will fear he’s going to lose Gabi since Kristen unleashed Stefan before he was ready.
However, Kristen will have more important things to worry about – like Rachel Black’s (Finley Rose Slater) looming custody hearing.
Days spoilers say Kristen will play dirty in her pursuit of full custody, so she’ll hit Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) with a stunning accusation.
There’s a good chance Kristen will lie or at least mislead the judge, but Brady may have a hard time fighting back.
As for Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), their blissful honeymoon won’t last long.
There’ll be some problem that pops up and halts the newlyweds’ happiness.
There’s a chance Xander will be accused of framing Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) since that kind of thing is in his wheelhouse.
It’s also possible Sarah could reveal she’s pregnant or something along those lines – causing Xander to have doubts about whether he’s really good husband and father material.
Whatever the case, Xander will feel like his past is haunting him and will wonder if he’ll ever truly be the man Sarah needs.
Back with Stefan, he’ll stun Chloe when he shows up on her doorstep. Of course, Chloe will be surprised to learn Stefan’s alive, but the fact that he suddenly loves her will prove just as shocking.
Across town, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will do some clashing.
Allie surely won’t approve of Johnny’s romantic interest in Ava, but Chanel may act like it’s no big deal.
Later, Johnny will push Allie for a favor, so we’ll see if she’s willing to get on board despite her concerns.
Elsewhere, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will tempt Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) with an invitation.
After working closely at Titan for a while, Stephanie may finally agree to have at least one drink with Alex.
