General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, September 21, teases that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will scare Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) while a third attack gets derailed. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will also uncover a new clue, so her investigation will heat up.
After Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) spreads the news about the hook killer, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may have a problem with her coverage.
Alexis will try to make amends with Sonny over something, so we’ll see if they can patch things up.
Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will sound the alarm when he realizes Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) intends to poke the bear.
It’s a terrible idea to goad Sonny anyway, but it’s particularly awful when he’s mourning the loss of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).
Nevertheless, Victor is the kind of guy who plays with fire, so he’ll end up causing some Sonny drama.
If Victor offers phony sympathy, Sonny may urge him to keep his condolences.
We also know Sonny will threaten Victor, so that may involve another warning about what’ll happen if Victor is connected to the stabbings.
Port Charles will be on high alert once the murderer bombshell gets around.
Selina will talk to someone about the danger, but she won’t seem particularly concerned for herself and her own loved ones.
Perhaps Selina will feel confident that all the important people in her life are protected. After all, Selina has enough money to hire the best possible security team.
Selina might extend that protection to Curtis and try to lure him even further into her mob underworld.
Regardless, Curtis will grow increasingly fearful of Selina and the hold that’s tightening here.
At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will finish consulting with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who’ll offer his expert opinion on what happened to Brando.
There was surely some form of a toxin in Brando’s system, but was it from a poisoned hook or did someone slip Brando something at the hospital?
Once Finn and Portia discuss the medical report, they’ll share their findings with Jordan.
That’ll lead to Jordan’s new clue in the investigation and hopefully put her a step closer to getting killer answers.
Afterward, Portia will speak to someone over the phone and offer to help if she can.
Although Portia will be disappointed over the loss of Brando, she’s been a doctor long enough to know you just have to keep at it.
Next, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will fret over the possibility of getting fired.
It’ll seem like Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) wants to let Brook Lynn go, but Lucy will probably just want Brook Lynn to focus a bit more.
Brook Lynn has been devoting a lot of her time to building Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) music career and getting revenge on Linc Brown (Dan Buran).
Lucy may remind Brook Lynn that she’s a valuable part of the Deception team and needs to start acting like it.
If Brook Lynn is in charge of a press release about Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) latest tragedy, that could bring some criticism as Lucy tries to get it just right.
As for Chase, he’ll give Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) a pep talk.
Finn may feel like he’s making things worse for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) since her Peter August (Wes Ramsey) memories are making a mess.
Whatever the case, Chase will insist that Finn couldn’t be more wrong.
Finn’s love for Elizabeth is evident, so Chase may argue that Liz can feel that along with his steady support.
Down by the docks, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will speak with someone over the phone and insist she’s being careful.
The attacker will lurk nearby with the hook raised, but Valentin may show up before it can be plunged.
If the attacker intended for Anna to become the third victim, that plan will be derailed.
Valentin will eventually meet up with Anna, who’ll have some troubling updates about a new hurdle.
There’ll be another roadblock when it comes to getting Charlotte Cassadine (Amelia McLain) out of boarding school and destroying Victor.
Valentin will share a vulnerable moment with Anna as he comes clean about how terrified he is, but she’ll offer comfort and promise they’ll figure this out.
As for GH’s hook villain, he or she will target someone else in the coming episodes.
