General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 23, tease that Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) Reiko Finn sketch will shock Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) while Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) fears prison. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also play matchmaker, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
For starters, Sasha will worry that she’s going to prison now that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) isn’t around for the conservatorship.
However, Sasha could still get a court-appointed guardian and avoid landing behind bars.
Next, Liz will be eager to tell Finn about her breakthrough, which seemingly involves a personal connection to him, too.
After Liz underwent hypnosis again, she sketched the woman’s face from her memories.
That sketch had an uncanny resemblance to a pic of a woman on Finn’s phone.
Since Finn had just been talking about his late wife, it makes sense that he pulled up Reiko’s picture.
Did Reiko have an affair with Jeff Webber (last played by Richard Dean Anderson) before she ever met Finn?
If so, then the woman in Liz’s memories apparently didn’t die as the result of her staircase tumble.
Reiko supposedly died of Blackwood’s syndrome after falling in love with Finn, so he’s probably going to be shocked and skeptical as he tries to put all this together.
On The Haunted Star, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will continue all his dangerous flirting as he tells Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) that she must always be honest with him – no matter what.
Lucy will keep pushing for information on Victor’s “earth-shattering” plans since he wants her as an ally, but she can’t push too hard or he’ll get suspicious.
Of course, there are concerns about whether Victor might have caught on when it comes to Lucy’s deception.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) made it aboard The Haunted Star to look out for Lucy, but they’ve just hit a big snag.
That’s because Johann (Max Decker) heard Valentin, who almost sneezed before Anna silenced him.
Johann still realized there might be someone there and will prepare to come around the corner with his gun drawn.
Fortunately, Valentin will rely on some impressive improvisation skills and wiggle out of this jam.
Ann and Valentin may end up hiding in a room together since they’re on the verge of getting romantic.
As for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll seek advice from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Alexis’ words of wisdom won’t exactly impress Nikolas, but he needs all the help he can get if he’s going to win back Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West).
Speaking of Ava, she’ll get another visit from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at the hospital.
Ava will wonder why Nina is pushing her to get back with Nikolas, so Nina may acknowledge that she understands complicated love.
Although this is Ava’s call to make, Nina may think Ava wants to reunite with Nikolas deep down.
After Sonny offers comfort to Sasha, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and anyone else who needs it, he’ll turn to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy).
Sonny will seem upset with himself as he wonders how he could forget something, so he may beat himself up for letting his family get targeted.
Perhaps Sonny will feel like he forgot how dangerous his enemies could be.
Unfortunately, Diane could land in danger next since the clues are pointing to her as a potential third victim.
