General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, October 21, tease that an Alex Marick (Finola Hughes) shooter twist will presumably be revealed while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) share a beach kiss. Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) last two years will also be explained, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
For starters, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will express excitement over Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) huge news.
Chase may have positive updates on his shot at getting his detective job back, so Brook Lynn will try to be happy for him.
Nevertheless, Brook Lynn hates the fact that all the music-related goals for Chase may go up in smoke.
Even Chase may feel a bit torn since he really seemed to have a great time on stage at The Savoy.
After Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) acknowledges Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) curiosity over the whole Holly situation, he’ll turn his attention to Chase.
Ned will listen to Chase’s troubles and offer some good advice.
As for Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), he’ll continue his emotional reunion with Holly.
Robert will ask where Holly’s been for the last two years, so GH fans will learn more about Holly’s time in captivity and how she wound up back in Port Charles.
Of course, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) just told his attorney that Robert and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) would be too distracted to deal with him.
It’s obvious Victor knows what’s going on with Holly, so all signs point to him being her captor until recently.
At GH, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will ask Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) why the police would be looking for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).
Maxie and Sasha will both grow concerned once they find out about Lucy going missing after a shooting on the pier.
At the PCPD, Anna just watched some drone footage of what happened with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) by her side.
The three of them were stunned to see what appeared to be Anna pulling the trigger on Lucy.
However, viewers know Anna came running AFTER she heard the gunshots – and she couldn’t have been in two places at once!
The logical conclusion here is that Alex Marick is alive, so Anna’s twin sister was seemingly part of Victor’s latest scheme.
Anna will barge in the interrogation room again and demand to know what Victor did, but he’ll no doubt stay tight-lipped about anything significant.
Even so, Anna and Jordan are smart women, so it shouldn’t take them long to figure this out.
Martin will call for Anna’s arrest, but she should fill him in on Alex and exactly what she’s capable of.
In Jacksonville, Carly will enjoy a moment of peace on the beach with Drew.
After Drew and Carly get on the same page, they’ll share a kiss with the sand and waves as a gorgeous backdrop.
