General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 20, reveals that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was framed for shooting Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) also spooked Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) before a Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) reunion.
At the Metro Court Gardens, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) offered to buy Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) out and end this hotel partnership before things turned ugly.
Nina refused and ultimately turned her attention to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), who felt that Nina was out of line with her cheating accusations.
Although Nina pushed TJ to help her understand his relationship with Willow, TJ felt it was none of her business.
After Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) talked to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about their wedding venue, he spoke to TJ about Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) and how brave he’d been to own up to his schizophrenia diagnosis.
Curtis was rethinking his decision not to get genetic counseling, so he talked to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Sonny admitted he hadn’t wanted to know if he was more likely to develop Alzheimer’s, so he didn’t get tested since it wouldn’t change the outcome.
Since Curtis’ schizophrenia symptoms would’ve presented long before now, Sonny didn’t see much point for him either.
However, Sonny realized Curtis might be considering plans to have children, so he thought Curtis already had his answer.
At GH, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) was nervous ahead of her MCATs and acted like this was all Marshall’s fault.
If Epiphany crashed and burned, she feared she wouldn’t be able to cling to her doctor dream anymore.
Marshall assured Epiphany that even a valiant effort was courageous, but he clearly had faith in her to do well.
Portia also wished Epiphany luck before she sat down for the MCATs and said here goes nothing!
Once Curtis met up with Marshall and Portia, he revealed that he’d decided to get genetic counseling after all. That left Portia looking a bit uneasy.
Back with Sonny, he couldn’t imagine what Nina and TJ would be disagreeing about.
Nina acted like TJ just wasn’t a fan and added she shouldn’t be surprised since he was quite close to Willow.
Meanwhile, a barefoot woman dragged herself out of shallow water near rocks and stumbled over to the Quartermaine boathouse, where she found a towel to dry her hair.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) bickered about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as well as ELQ.
Willow wasn’t feeling well and needed some air, so she headed outside near the boathouse.
Once Willow saw footprints and what appeared to be blood, she called out thinking it might be Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and opened the door.
Willow’s scream alerted Michael, Ned and Olivia to trouble.
Once Willow explained her encounter and feared it could be the same woman behind the hook attacks, Michael decided not to wait for the cops.
Since Michael refused to let the potential killer get away, he armed himself and kicked the door open.
Olivia followed Michael as she tried to stop him and was stunned by the woman standing in front of her.
At the PCPD, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was smug as he showed up to answer questions, but Anna shouted about getting a murder charge whether a body was found or not.
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) got updates on the search going from rescue to recovery, but he refused to accept that Lucy was presumed dead and kept trying to explain her disappearance.
Soon after, Martin lashed out at Anna for dragging Lucy into this mess and grew frustrated since he wasn’t getting the whole story.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) worried Anna’s vendetta might be clouding her judgment, but Anna was adamant about Victor’s involvement in what happened to Lucy.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was eventually summoned to the Quartermaine property, so Robert went with him.
Outside the boathouse, Olivia confirmed Lucy wasn’t inside and warned Robert to prepare himself before he went in.
Robert was blown away to see Holly Sutton alive as she greeted him by name.
Back at PCPD, Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) sensed that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) didn’t want to go away for the weekend with him.
Trina admitted a comic book convention wasn’t really on her bucket list, but she appreciated how Rory had taken an interest in her art.
That’s why Trina wanted to go on this trip and let Rory show her why he was enthusiastic about comics.
Trina offered reassurance that she was ready for their getaway, but her expression in private suggested otherwise.
Next, Jordan had some drone footage that offered a clear view of what happened on the pier.
The footage seemingly showed Anna was Lucy’s shooter, so Martin flipped out as Anna and Jordan gaped.
In the interrogation room, Victor’s attorney urged him to confirm they wouldn’t find any evidence connecting him to Lucy’s disappearance.
With a smile, Victor insisted Anna and Robert would be too distracted to worry about little old him.
Of course, we can’t forget about Alex Marick (Finola Hughes), who looks just like her twin sister and has cheated death before.
It looks like Victor roped Alex into helping him frame Anna!
General Hospital spoilers say Victor will continue to stir up trouble, so don’t miss what’s in store.
