General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, November 18, tease that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will grill real shooter Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) while Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) suspects Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth). Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) major slipup will also cause problems, so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
First, Sam will talk to Cody and pick up on some slipup he makes.
It’ll lead Sam to the conclusion that Cody’s been after something all along, so she may be referring to the $35-million necklace he might inherit.
Of course, Cody is lying about the paternity test results since he needs to look like Leopold Taub’s (Charles Lucia) son.
That’s the only way Cody’s going to get his hands on the expensive gems he wants, but Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will remain bummed over not being a father.
Mac will confide in Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about how he’s feeling and get some support.
The truth about Mac and Cody’s biological connection will come out down the road, but Cody will turn his attention to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) for now.
Britt tried to forget her troubles by partying with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), so she may look a bit hungover to Cody.
We’ll see Cody ask what Britt got into last night, but the real purpose of this conversation may be to discuss the necklace again.
As for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), she’ll have an ultimatum for Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
Maxie may sense that Spinelli is keeping something from her and push him to reveal it or else.
Spinelli may admit that Austin asked him to use the algorithm to see if he was a good match for Maxie.
Although Spinelli already knows that Austin and Maxie aren’t compatible according to that algorithm, Maxie will care less about that and more about Austin pushing her away.
At the hospital, Maxie will talk about Austin’s uptick in surgeries and wonder if he’s really doing them – or if it’s just a cover.
Perhaps Maxie will act like Austin is finding ways to avoid spending time with her and the kids due to his insecurities.
However, Austin has actually been performing some shady procedures and seems to be caught up in mob drama. Since Austin feels like he has to hide the truth from Maxie, he may continue to make excuses.
Next, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will rush to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) hideout and insist it’s not safe for her to be there anymore.
There’ll be concerns about someone tracking Anna to that location, so Valentin may convince her to travel to a new hideout immediately.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will also have a tense meeting with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) on the pier, so she’ll threaten to take him apart – though Victor will no doubt remain as confident as ever.
Once Holly rejoins Robert, she’ll face a grilling session.
Robert will point out that he knows when something’s wrong and will urge Holly to trust him with the truth.
Since Holly’s flashback just revealed she was Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) shooter in an Anna mask, she’s indeed keeping a shocker under wraps.
How long can Holly keep such a massive secret from Robert?
Time will tell, but there’s a lot riding on Holly’s silence since Victor’s threatening her with a captive loved one.
Holly seems to be doing all this to protect Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons), so that’ll remain her priority.
