The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, November 21, teases that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will see Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) kiss while Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) gets a grandbaby shock.
At the coffeehouse, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) when he seeks Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) updates from Sharon.
Although Billy will worry about Adam botching things with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), Adam will arrive with a positive report.
Billy won’t buy it until he hears from Chelsea herself how the conversation went, but Sharon will push him to let Chelsea have alone time with Connor.
Lily will plan to have dinner with Billy at Society, where she’ll voice how torn she is.
Despite how much Lily admires Billy for helping Chelsea, she’ll have this gnawing feeling that it’ll be bad for their relationship and will want him to take a step back.
However, Chelsea will summon Billy via text and hope they can have tea at Crimson Lights while Connor sleeps. Lily will decide Billy should go since Chelsea reached out, but she won’t be happy about it.
At Newman Media, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will deliver a present to celebrate Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) new job.
It’ll be a picture frame with a photo of them inside, so Nate will assure Elena that he loves it.
Elena still won’t like the path that led Nate to this moment, but she’ll see that he’s thriving at Newman Media and will be happy for him.
Since Nate will agree to a late dinner at Society, he’ll send Elena to order Champagne while he has a quick meeting with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Unfortunately, that meeting won’t turn out to be so quick after all. Nate will start by questioning why Victoria chose him over Sally since she was seemingly doing a good job.
Victoria will basically act like she likes Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) better and won’t want him worrying about Sally anymore.
Nate will be brimming with big ideas, so Victoria will welcome them and will even suggest making a dream list of projects where nothing is off-limits.
At Society, Elena will struggle to get Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) attention since he’ll be deep in thought.
Devon won’t want to discuss what’s bothering him and will vehemently reject Elena’s suggestion of a sit-down with Nate to talk things out.
Once Elena brings up Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and the whole long-distance thing, Devon will seem uncomfortable – though he won’t end up revealing the split.
After Elena sits at a table and waits with Champagne practically all night, she’ll learn via text that Nate’s meeting is running long.
Elena will ultimately give up and go home, but Nate will continue bouncing ideas around with Victoria at the office.
When Lily joins Devon at Society’s bar, he’ll seem surprised over Billy running out of there like that.
Devon will ask if Billy has figured out what he wants to do with his life yet, but he won’t understand when Lily says she hopes not!
Afterward, Lily will spy Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei) back in town, so these exes will share a surprise reunion.
Back with Sharon, she’ll find out from Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) that she almost had her first grandchild.
Noah will shock Sharon with the news of Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) miscarriage, but she’ll support her son as he continues to process the loss.
At The Glam Club, Adam will burn with jealousy when he spots Nick and Sally kissing.
We’ll see Adam try to stir the pot by sending Sally and Nick a bottle of wine, but they’ll drink it and won’t offer any big reaction.
Before Nick and Sally can leave, Adam will block Sally’s path and push for just a couple minutes to talk. Sally will seem annoyed, but she’ll let Adam have the two minutes he’s after.
Nevertheless, Nick won’t be too far away since he’ll watch the interaction across the room.
After Adam talks about his regrets and how it’s a mistake for Sally to be with Nick, he’ll push Sally to marry him!
