The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of December 19-23 teases that Daniel Romalott Jr (Michael Graziadei) will get quite a shock. Michael Damian will reprise the role of Danny Romalotti, so he’ll have a heartwarming holiday reunion with his son.
Once Danny shows up at Daniel’s hotel suite, they’ll embrace and take a moment to catch up.
Danny will be in town for Christmas and will see plenty of familiar faces while he’s back in Genoa City.
At Crimson Lights, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will be delighted when Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) offers some adoption updates.
With Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) standing beside her, Tessa will beam over their plans to meet with a pregnant woman after New Year’s.
Although Sharon will think that’s wonderful news, Y&R spoilers say Mariah won’t look thrilled about Tessa spilling it.
Perhaps Mariah will be afraid Tessa’s going to jinx the whole thing – or maybe she just won’t want Tessa getting Sharon’s hopes up every time.
Since their last adoption attempt fell through, Mariah will be wary of it happening again.
However, Tessa may push Mariah to stay optimistic and remind her that they knew it could be a long journey.
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), they’ll discuss Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and how he turned his back on the Newman family.
Adam made the decision to walk away, so Victor will think his son will have to make the first move if he wants back in the fold.
It’s possible Adam will indeed make that move, but it’s also possible Victor will have a change of heart.
Victor and Nikki’s conversation will also be one about the spirit of Christmas and the season of giving.
Nikki might acknowledge that Victor’s being a bit of a Grinch and point out that he may have to go after what he wants.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will want a clean slate with Adam, so maybe they can meet each other halfway and make something happen.
The holidays are certainly a good time for families to make amends and come together, so there’s hope for Adam and Victor to repair their bond.
