Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Thursday, January 26 Recap – Gabi Holds Stefan Hostage – Drugged Nicole Pounces On EJ

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, January 26, reveals that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) kept going on and on about Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) being in her bed last night. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) eventually got fed up and lashed out, so Sloan argued with her about who was the pathetic one.

Sloan pushed Nicole’s buttons about Eric not wanting her anymore and goaded her about EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), too.

Nicole finally slapped Sloan, who slapped her back until Eric intervened and sent the women to their corners.

Before Nicole left, she called Eric out for becoming a horrible person and felt he’d regret laying eyes or any other body part on Sloan sooner or later.

Eric made sure Sloan was OK in the aftermath and invited her in the pub to have breakfast with him.

At their table, Sloan wanted to know if Eric still had feelings for Nicole, so he said they’d always be connected.

Eric thought they’d had plenty of chances to get it right and suggested he didn’t have a future with Nicole, but Sloan felt like he was avoiding the real question.

In the town square on Thursday’s Days episode, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) spotted Belle Brady (Martha Madison) and offered her condolences over Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) death.

Belle got updates on Sloan’s civil suit and assured Paulina she wanted to help with the case.

Back at the pub, Paulina waltzed over to Sloan’s table to rip into her.

Belle did the same once she arrived and made it clear that she’d be representing Paulina again.

Although Belle acted like Eric was awful for hanging out with Sloan, he rushed to Sloan’s defense and understood her since he also lost a mother too soon.

Sloan was the victim here as far as Eric was concerned.

At the DiMera mansion on Thursday’s DOOL show, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) was trying to drag unconscious Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) to the secret room when she heard EJ approaching the living room.

Once Gabi put Stefan on the ground outside, he could still be seen sprawled out through the glass door, but EJ didn’t notice him. EJ fumed when he found Gabi alone and assumed his was about trying to talk Stefan into deprogramming.

After EJ warned that Stefan wouldn’t submit to that, he rubbed it in about Stefan loathing Gabi and escorted her out through the front entrance. That forced Gabi to go around the back and drag Stefan inside again.

Soon after, furious Stefan woke up tied to a chair in the secret room. Gabi explained why she was going to extremes and argued with Stefan, who acted like she was selfish and would do whatever it took to get what she wanted.

However, Gabi felt that Stefan still loved her deep down because of her passion and ambition.

Since Stefan kept trying to scream for help on Thursday’s Days episode, Gabi put a piece of tape over his mouth.

Despite Stefan’s anger now, Gabi was determined to get him deprogrammed and left Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) a voicemail about needing to see him.

Upstairs, Nicole found EJ and delivered the news of her infuriating Sloan run-in.

EJ unknowingly offered Nicole the mimosa that Stefan had drugged to mess with his brother’s mind, so she drank it and went to pour herself another drink.

After Nicole gulped down more Champagne, she accidentally shattered the glass and admitted to feeling woozy.

Nicole shared a close moment with EJ before he took her up to her room and encouraged her to rest.

Once Nicole laid down on the bed, she pointed out she could usually hold her liquor and didn’t know what was wrong with her.

EJ took Nicole’s hand and assured her that nothing was wrong with her at all.

After showering Nicole with compliments, EJ called Eric a fool for letting her go. Nicole decided she didn’t need Eric when she had EJ, so she sat up and started kissing him passionately.

At home, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) thought Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) should go, but he could tell she was upset and offered a sympathetic ear.

Once Chanel explained how badly things had gone with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), Johnny insisted Chanel should let him take all the blame for the almost kiss.

Chanel couldn’t do that since although Johnny leaned in first, she didn’t stop him and wanted it in that moment.

After they acknowledged the lingering attraction, Chanel acted like they’d just have to do a better job about maintaining boundaries.

At the Kiriakis mansion on Thursday’s Days episode, Allie looked turned on as she watched Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) working out.

Alex was surprised to see Allie, who revealed that she came to drop Henry Horton (Clyde and Nash Gunderson) off with Will Horton (Chandler Massey).

Allie was glad she ran into Alex and apologized for dragging him into her problems with Chanel.

Alex assured Allie that it was fine and joked that she never had to worry when it came to offering up another threesome.

Since Allie was still dealing with insecurities, Alex told her that she was beautiful, smart, funny and maybe the hottest girl he’d ever been with.

After Alex hoped that wasn’t a weird thing to say, Alex admitted she felt better now and went home to patch things up with Chanel.

Unfortunately, Allie opened the door to find Johnny with his arms around Chanel as they wrapped up their own comforting conversation and didn’t look pleased!

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Allie and Chanel’s issues are about to get even worse, so stay tuned to DOOL.
