The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, February 21, teases that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will freak out as she prepares to learn whether Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is the father of her baby. It would certainly make life easier for Sally if the results confirmed Nick as the bio dad.
However, life isn’t always easy in Genoa City! That’s why Sally will worry as she hovers over the link from the lab.
Sally will be given a password, so all she’ll have to do is punch that in and see if Nick’s DNA matched.
It appears Nick will be there to support Sally as she reads the results in her suite.
Sally will contemplate what her future’s going to look like if Nick’s the father or if Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is the father instead.
It’ll leave Sally thinking about the differences in the Newman brothers and her relationships with them.
Of course, there’ll come a point when Sally can’t stall any longer. Regardless of the outcome, Sally needs to know the truth or she’s going to drive herself crazy.
Y&R spoilers say Sally will use that link and password we mentioned, so the show’s leaving a little wiggle room here.

That means viewers may have to take Sally at her word, so will she be honest about whether Nick is the bio dad?
Sally has worked hard to move past her blunders, so hopefully she’ll tell the truth for the sake of all parties involved.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers point to Sally feeling stunned by the news and having a lot to figure out with Nick in the aftermath.
There are good reasons to think Adam may be given the “baby daddy” title with all that in mind.
Whatever the case, Adam will land in Sally’s hotel room for a showdown with Nick later.
It looks like Adam will get updates on Sally’s pregnancy and paternity test results, so he’ll reel over all the shockers.
Nick will immediately go into protective mode with Sally, who’ll get stuck in the middle of their Newman brother battle.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally will have to process the paternity bomb and deal with the drama that’s in store, so stay tuned.
