General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, March 16, tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will sit down with Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) now that she’s shown up for a surprise Spring Ridge visit. Esme will naturally be suspicious of why Trina’s there and what she wants.
At one point, it seems Esme may acknowledge what she put Trina and her friends through.
Trina will ask if Esme’s admitting that she’s guilty, but Esme may point out that she can’t confess what she doesn’t remember.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will meet with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so this will presumably be about the Nurses Ball.
Michael agreed to join the planning committee and will pitch in ahead of this exciting event.
Willow will joke about a fight Maxie can’t win as Michael smiles, so it’ll be interesting to see what Maxie’s forced to surrender on.
Over with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she’ll tackle a crisis.
Obrecht will reveal there’s a problem, so there may be some concerns about a snag with the bone marrow transplant.
However, all signs point to Liesl being the one to help Willow survive, so it should be a false alarm or something less serious than it seems on the surface.
Even so, Obrecht will have a rough day as she dwells on her regrets – most likely ones involving Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and perhaps even Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
Other GH spoilers say Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will try to make sense of Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) strange behavior.
Since Gregory lost his balance and struggled to speak, Alexis wound up asking if he was drunk.
Gregory will lash out over Alexis’ wrong assumption on Thursday’s episode and may once again push her to let this go.
Of course, Alexis has never let anything go in her life, so she’ll dig her heels in and push Gregory to tell her why he’s slurring his words.
Does Gregory have a brain tumor or some other serious illness that could ultimately kill him?
Gregory has been acting like his mysterious condition is terminal, so we’ll see if Alexis can pry any more info out of him.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also console someone on Thursday’s show, so he might meet back up with Gregory and offer support.
Then again, Chase might comfort someone else in his friend circle instead, but he’ll definitely step up in somebody’s time of need.
At Kelly’s, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will keep trying to get through to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about the mob life that he believes she’s signing up for.
After Cam talks about all the danger and bodyguards trailing after her, he’ll insist that’s Josslyn’s future if she doesn’t distance herself from Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
Josslyn could potentially get agitated and blurt something out about Dex planning to leave Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) organization, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
At Sonny’s penthouse, Dex and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will both seem smug as they face off.
Spencer will feel like Dex is hiding something from Sonny, so Dex will question what exactly Spencer thinks he’s lying about.
After Dex and Spencer push each other’s buttons, Trina may reach out to Spencer with updates following her Spring Ridge trip.
We’ll see Trina explain her tactic to someone, so Spencer seems like a safe bet.
Finally, Sonny will deliver some disturbing news during a conversation with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Once Sonny admits there was an incident last night, he’ll force Nina to face a scary shocker.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will face the harsh reality of dating a mob boss and will be incredibly grateful that Dex saved Sonny’s life.
