In tonight’s FBI: Most Wanted episode, Supervisory Special Agent Remy Scott came to believe his brother’s killer got away with the crime. There was currently a man in prison who was arrested for the murder, but Remy just learned new information that could exonerate that man and so he needed answers.

He needed them before he could assist with the documentary about his brother’s murder. He also needed them before they potentially release the man currently serving life. Remy began looking into the old case files. He would have gotten farther into the investigation if he had taken time off. And so work soon distracted him.

Scott got a tip about the murder of an FBI Agent. The murder has been an open investigation for a while now. Only the man with the tip didn’t come forward until recently. His name is Mays Miller. He’s been in prison for eight months now. He was coming forward now because he wanted a deal. Remy had been sent to talk to him. He brought along Kristin. They later met with Miller. Miller refused to talk unless it was a secluded room that not even the guards were allowed in. And he was really careful about security.

Miller had a right to be worried about talking. He knew “rats” don’t survive long in prison. He was also scared of the man that he was reporting. Miller mentioned several pieces of evidence in the death of Jax Exely. He knew the gun. He knew how many bullet shells was found at the scene. He stopped just short of revealing a name because he wanted a deal for that. He wanted a lighter sentence. They told him they would think about it. He was being walked back to his cell when he was grabbed from the waiting room by two members of a rival gang.

Miller was a part of the Aryan Saints. He was white. He was grabbed by two members of the Sixty-Fivers. They were a predominantly black gang. It seems that someone had revealed Miller was going to snitch. The leader of the AS had made a deal with 65s. The 65s grabbed Miller in exchange for getting a cut of the drug and prostitution ring being run out of the prison. The AS wanted to know what Miller told the FBI only the leader hadn’t revealed everything to the rest of his men. And so a riot broke out between the two gangs after the 65s grabbed Miller.

It was a race war inside of the prison. Justin Sykes was the leader of the AS. He was the one that failed to mention that he handed over Miller to the 65s. Alonzo Stackhouse was the leader of the 65s. His people grabbed Miller and then they wanted to negotiate a better deal for themselves. Sykes would only have given them fifty percent of the profit from B cell. Stackhouse realized that Miller was so important that he could negotiate his way into getting a profit of both A, B, and C cell. They’ve been cut out of the drug trade by the white people and now they wanted their cut.

Sykes was a sociopath. He found out that Miller was talking to the feds because he had a prison guard in his pocket. The guard was willing to give him everything he wanted and that included leverage. The guard found a ten year old boy inside of the prison. Odell was visiting his dad when the fight broke out in the visiting room. He got separated from his aunt. He went on the run. He ended up in the infirmary and there he witnessed the nurse kill a prisoner in order to avoid rape. Odell has seen a lot of death in this one day.

He thought the guard would rescue him, but all he did was hand him over to Sykes. Sykes was willing to make a deal for Odell. He wanted Stackhouse to give him Miller in return for the child being safely delivered to them. Except Stackhouse was also a sociopath. He was willing to let a child die just to get a bigger cut of the drugs coming into the prison. Both he and Stackhouse were facing life sentences. They have nothing to lose if everyone around them dies. It was just Odell’s father that wanted to prioritize his life over everything else.

Jordan found out that Miller was being moved and so he knocked out his fellow gang member. He grabbed Miller. He then made a deal with Sykes. They were going to trade Miller for Odell in the yard. Only Jordan wasn’t the one that handed over Miller. It was the FBI. It was Ray. He wore a prisoner’s uniform. He pretended to be a prisoner just long enough for them to take out Sykes and rescue Odell. The guards were able to breach the prison after that. They arrested everyone and that included Stackhouse. And Jordan will be transferred to a different prison where he doesn’t have to worry about retaliation.

Also, Miller finally gave up the name. He said the killer the feds were looking for was Ralph Maguire. Miller was only coming clean now because he had just learned that his buddy Ralph has been sleeping with his wife for the past two years. And so Ralph was quickly arrested while Miller got a deal for a lighter sentence as well as a new prison.

Remy was later able to return to his private investigation into his brother’s death. He found out that there was a witness that claims they saw Michael arguing with a white man on the night he died. Meaning it couldn’t have been the man in prison because he’s black. And yet this witness’s testimony was buried by the prosecutor.

THE END!
