The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of August 14-18 reveal that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will step up his efforts to fight for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the family they’ve built together.
Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will give Finn another kick in the pants and push him to win Steffy back while he still can.
That’ll lead to Finn seeking assistance from RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and hoping it’ll lead to the reunion he’s dreaming of.
However, Finn has done major damage to the trust in his marriage.
Steffy feels like she’ll always have to worry about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) if she remains tied to Finn, so that’ll be an important factor to consider.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will also weigh in on what Steffy’s romantic future should look like, so will he ultimately land on Team Finn or on Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) side instead?
Later, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will come back on the scene and voice her own opinion.
Although Taylor previously supported Steffy and Finn’s marriage, will all the latest Sheila updates shift her loyalty?
Other B&B spoilers say Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will do something that requires some courage.
We’ll see Hope take a stand, so she might defend Finn a bit when no one else will.
Then again, this could involve Hope’s romance with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) if they’re ready to go public.
Regardless, Liam and Hope will have to get through some awkwardness since a celebration is on the way.
It looks like B&B is changing Beth Spencer’s (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) birthday from January to August, so that means Hope and Liam will have to come together for their daughter’s bash.
In a private moment, Hope and Liam will discuss where their relationship stands following the signed divorce papers.
Maybe Liam and Hope can work through some of the tension and try to be on better terms as co-parents.
Hope and Liam might even agree to try being friends someday, but just establishing some peace would be helpful for now.
At some point, Liam will make a surprising confession to someone.
There’s no word on what that confession might be, but it’s clear that Liam’s heart is leading him back to Steffy and any admission he makes will probably relate to that.
Next, Ridge and Eric Forrester (John McCook) will collaborate on a new project.
That could involve a special wedding dress for Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) or some other gift for her big day.
