Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) could put his life on the line to protect Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and her baby. After Sarah goes into labor, she’ll deliver her little one and immediately land in danger.
Of course, it seems likely Xander will try to protect Sarah and the baby from harm, but we have to consider what might lead to this shocking situation.
Before all the chaos, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will try to get Xander to take Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) out, but Xander will refuse to add to his list of crimes.
Although EJ will want Ava deceased and Xander in prison for it, Days spoilers say his plan will go off the rails.
Ava will wind up going on the run with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) – perhaps after a failed hit leaves her scrambling to stay alive.
As for Xander, EJ might send someone to take him out too since he won’t prove useful.
Days fans can definitely expect EJ to become increasingly unhinged and make some wild decisions.
What will Sarah do when Xander has an emergency hospital crisis on Days of Our Lives?
Since Xander played a role in what happened to Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), EJ will be determined to avenge his mother and will likely order some henchmen to do his dirty work.
During the week of September 11-15, Sarah will apparently get caught in the chaos after her baby’s delivery.
Days spoilers say there’ll be a shooting that stuns Salem, but it seems likely Xander will be the one who takes a hit.
That could leave Sarah more torn than ever since it’ll prove danger indeed follows Xander due to his bad choices and shady history.
At the same time, Sarah can’t help that she still loves Xander, so she may be terrified that she’ll lose him – especially before he ever has a chance to know the truth about the baby’s paternity.
Xander has put multiple people in the hospital due to his past actions on DOOL, but now he may be the patient who’s fighting to survive!
It could force Sarah to anxiously await updates if Xander needs life-saving surgery to recover.
