Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, October 5, reveal that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will face more backlash for her actions. DOOL fans know Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) already ripped into Sarah for lying to him about Victoria Horton’s paternity, but now Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) may put Sarah on full blast.
Kate has been trying to get through to Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and make him see that Sarah’s using him, but Rex doesn’t agree.
Although Kate’s concerned about the threat Xander poses, Rex plans on standing his ground and helping Sarah keep the baby away from him.
However, things are about to take a dangerous turn since EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) sent Bronson (Anthony Molinari) the hitman to Xander’s apartment and summoned Rex there, too.
EJ wants Rex to be the fall guy – or at least he did until Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) showed up alive and well in his living room! Now Days spoilers say Susan will push EJ to stop all this revenge business and put his anger aside.
It looks like Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will be wearing a wire during this conversation, so Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will try to help him get EJ to confess while they’re at the DiMera mansion.
Of course, EJ might stop short of incriminating himself, but he’s definitely guilty.
Days spoilers say EJ will presumably need to call off the hit on Xander along with the plan to make Rex take the fall for the crime.

Rex storming out on Xander after their confrontation, but he might return and find the fake gas repairman threatening Xander with a gun.
That could lead to Rex doing the right thing despite their issues and trying to help Xander fight Bronson off.
Days spoilers say Rex will find himself under attack, so we’ll see if that involves a physical confrontation with Bronson or just Xander’s verbal vitriol beforehand.
If Rex does get injured, he may have to be rushed to the hospital.
As for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), they’ll make a crucial decision together.
Chloe just announced that she’s leaving Salem, so Philip will ultimately decide to go with her and try to make their romance work if she’s willing.
Chloe won’t be ready to rush into anything serious yet, but she’ll definitely be interested in seeing where another chance with Philip might lead.
