Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) character has taken a wicked turn lately. EJ barely even paid attention to Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) before all the overdose drama, but he’s pretending he’s some doting stepdad who thinks he knows her!
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) tried to tell EJ that Holly got drunk over the holidays and suggested the drugs could indeed have been hers.
It’s obvious that Holly isn’t the innocent little girl that EJ’s making her out to be, but he just can’t see that.
Now poor Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) is getting railroaded for a crime he didn’t commit since he’s being charged as an adult without any real proof.
Tate’s bail was revoked, so he’s stuck with all the other dangerous prisoners and will end up getting hurt as a result.
Although EJ’s been through a lot due to the demise of Nicole DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) baby, that doesn’t mean he should take his anger out on a terrified teenager.
Tate cares about Holly and even tried to convince her not to take the pills, so he isn’t the bad guy here.
It’s EJ who’s become a cruel villain in this Days storyline. That’s why it’s going to be unbelievably satisfying to watch EJ face a devastating blow.
There was a time when we might’ve felt sorry for EJ since he’s not really the father of Nicole’s baby, but any compassion we had to this manipulation victim is long gone.
Nicole will eventually get a wonderful reunion with her son, but EJ is poised to learn that’s not his son at all.
If EJ hadn’t decided to inflict all this misery on Tate, we probably would’ve had sympathy for EJ and the “baby daddy” heartbreak that’s ahead for him.
However, many DOOL fans will have no tears left to shed when the time comes for the truth about Jude Brady to come out.
In fact, we’ll be watching EJ suffer since he’s acted so arrogant and all-powerful.
Days writers will make sure EJ gets what’s coming to him, so he’ll be crushed over some life-changing news sooner or later.
Will the envelope in the DiMera safe play a role in the paternity revelation?
Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) made a mistake when she tried to swap out the real genetic testing results, so the truth is just waiting to be discovered.
Whether the case, EJ will ultimately find out that Jude Brady is Nicole’s baby, but he’ll also learn he’s not the man who fathered that child.
It’ll be hard for EJ once he’s forced to watch Nicole raise the kid with Eric instead, but many Days viewers will celebrate his pain at this point!
