The Young and the Restless Preview: Week of January 29 – Fire Frees Jordan – Summer & Chance’s Official Date

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of January 29-February 2 reveals that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will once again summon Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for some urgent help.

After Nikki has a meltdown at Newman Media, it looks like she’ll fire Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and then realize she’s made another mess of things.

Nikki will eventually tell Jack that her whole life is spiraling out of control – and she’ll insist it’s her own fault.

However, Jack will continue to be a calm, reassuring presence in Nikki’s life, which is exactly what she needs right now. After Jack insists they’ll fix this, he’ll offer up on an idea on how to make that happen.

As for Audra, she’ll meet with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and make it seem like she walked away from Newman Media willingly.

Nate will suspect that Audra didn’t actually quit, so he’ll call her out on getting fired instead.

Audra may admit that’s true, but she’ll probably act like it’s for the best since she considers any Newman job pointless anyway.

Unless you’re part of the Newman family, there’s no room for real advancement there.

Audra may decide to play nice with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and accept a job at Glacade, which would put her in the prime position to undermine it from the inside.

Over with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), Y&R spoilers say she’ll go on her first official date with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and make a confession that pleases him.

Summer will admit something has lifted for her, so she feels lighter. Chance will raise a toast to that, so there’ll be plenty of flirting and bonding going on.

Will Chance and Summer end their night together with a kiss or perhaps something more?

At Newman Enterprises, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will deliver some terrible updates from his security team.

In a meeting with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Victor will reveal that there was a fire at the institution where Jordan (Colleen Zenk) was incarcerated.

Victoria will acknowledge the possibility that Jordan could’ve perished in the blaze, but she’ll seem more inclined to think that Jordan is now free and ready to strike again.

It’ll be obvious that Victoria’s panicking a bit, but Victor will vow to protect his family at all costs!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say this Jordan news will set the stage for some massive shockers, so stay tuned.
