Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) have been on a brand-new path lately. It feels like DOOL writers have been steadily pushing Theresa and Brady closer in recent months.
When Theresa first came back to Salem, she was eager to reunite with Brady and try to make their relationship work.
Brady shut Theresa down hard, which led to Theresa pursuing Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) instead.
Of course, Days fans have questions about how much of Theresa’s relationship with Alex is about love and how much of it’s about the massive Kiriakis inheritance that Theresa schemed to make sure he got!
Although Theresa obviously cares for Alex, her feelings for him seemingly can’t compete with the love she still has for Brady.
Tate Black’s (Jamie Martin Mann) legal ordeal has been another huge factor in strengthening Brady and Theresa’s bond.
When a distraught Theresa slipped and did drugs again, Brady was a big source of support – and that led to her planting a kiss.
Now Theresa has confessed her past custody mistakes in an effort to help Brady and Tate repair their own connection.
That clearly touched Brady’s heart, so Days spoilers hint that something may be building here.
Are Brady’s feelings for Theresa teetering on the edge of more than platonic? Brady is the kind of guy who tends to rush into romantic situations when he genuinely falls for someone and feels it’s right.
With Theresa, the groundwork is already there since Brady truly loved her once upon a time.
Days spoilers say that love may be returning, so it’s just a matter of what Brady will decide to do about it.
Alex decided not to propose to Theresa since he got spooked after that meeting for partners of addicts – plus, he’s feeling a little uncertain about being a stepfather to Tate.
Neither of those things are issues for Brady since understands both addiction and being a dad. Considering Brady’s history of jumping in with both feet, it wouldn’t be surprising if decided to pop the question to Theresa.
Brady might determine that they’ve already done the whole dating thing and argue that they should finally be a united family with Tate.
It would certainly throw both Theresa and Alex for a loop if Brady delivered a marriage proposal shocker.
However, there have been some behind-the-scenes hints about Alex and Theresa’s wedding happening down the road.
If Brady proposes, it could spur Alex to action and get him to patch things up with his own marriage proposal for Theresa.
